Very on point with developing a connection with shoes/products. My friends and family think Im weird for having sentimental value to shoes and some sort of deeper resonance with them, but they are beautiful gifts from the unvierse and grateful I live a life where I can spend extra on shoes.

Best overall sneaker for sure. I debated over the NB US models for a while, almost went 993, but glad I went 990v4. It's just got a sleeker and more modern overall look that I prefer, and the fit suits me best. Also a bit lighter weight. 993 and 990v6 have an edge in comfort, but for me the 990v4 are more stable and are just very rugged shoes and you can wear them with pretty much anything. Soo glad I bought them over 996 or 998 as well, I think they look cool for style, but 990v4 are style + function which suited me the best.

Going on my 3rd pair of V4 and just had to re visit this video. Greatest shoe ever!!!! And they have a wide size 🔥 literally the only shoe I wear. I have a v4 for work the gym and my 3rd will be dressing up

Great video content was looking for this! So what size are you in Vans? I'm trying to gauge my TTS in these? I'm a 10 in Vans and Nike. My feet are normal but thinking of sizing down to 9 1/2. What do you think?

I get the same size in both vans abs these. But I don’t mind tying my NBs a but tight for lockdown so if you want to have them tighter without having to lace them go down a half size

It's weird for the sizing, I'm a US 9 on Air force 1 and had to get US 9.5 on NBs 990V5 (US9 my foot was touching the toe of the shoe). I've hesitated for so long about getting a pair, but truly happy with it even if I didn't take the easiest cw (burgundy).

Yeah this was the same as me, had to go up half a size from my usual size because the v5 toebox seemed a tad too tight!

Dope review. Do the v4s have the little opening under the flag(on the tongue) to run the laces through like the v5s do? Helps keeping the tongue in place
