Is there a reason you went with the regular version as opposed ot the wide version? Went to a store today to try out some NB boots and I really liked the fit of the furon wide and the regular 442, but they didn't have any teklas to try. Would you recomend the regular or wide tekalas? I assume the furon and tekla uppers won't stretch like the 442.

I have mercurials right now, would you say making the switch to these is worth it? They’re aren’t uncomfortable, but I want something that just screams comfort. Where I live, I can’t try boots on anywhere 😕

The Mercurials are solid, but the Tekelas could be a great option when you’re looking for a new pair

That’s a tough one. CTR360 was great, Nike Premier, Copa Mundial, Adler Horenso. Those are some favorites that come to mind right now.

nice review! u reckon i could go up half a size in these? i have the tekela v4 pro in 2E and true to size and after a year, it's still giving me cramps every time i use it. the width is too tight. thanks in advance!

I would still recommend true to size, but maybe check out the wide variation. Furon V7 has an even wider toe box that you might like as well.

yes bro, mine was the 2E variant which is the wide variation already. Thanks for the suggestion for V7 Pro 2E was even more narrow than the tekela for me@@upper90football_

Did the heel area pinch and dig in into the heel? That was one problem that I had with the last generation, Tekela V4 pro low.

Very slightly, I didn’t notice it too much though. The NB 442s gave me some heel pain but it went away after 3/4 sessions.

yes it does, same uncomfortable feeling. Just got new v4+, will return them back, after just wearing them at home had heel area very red and irritated

Thanks for confirming. The cleat is beautiful and almost perfect but the heel cup area is so small and sharp. I can’t imagine playing a full game with them.

@@jdsenisse True, in my case there is literally a fold in that area. Just not sure it will not give blisters after even breaking them in
