I think it was a mistake putting tom king on a Batman run. But other than that almost all his series have been solid.

Tynion’s detective comics run is my favourite bat family shit there is but his work on mainline batmans been a bit underwhelming. He just keeps shoving his OCs in there

Geoff Johns. I agree with you that it is not going to happen, but I think he would do an excellent job.

Seeing his work in Batman Earth One. Yeah, he's a good fit. But since he's busy making sure DC doesn't fuck it up infront of the public (films), I don't think he can write Batman comics now.

I think Geoff Johns should be given his own Batman Universe similar to Sean Gordon Murphy’s White Knight Series. That way he can write it at his own pace and be as creative as he wants. If he wants to start a Batman Earth One Universe I would be fine with that as well. He is too talented to just be writing one Batman book every once in a while. BTW I am aware of the new Earrh One Batman Volume 3 book that will be dropping next summer by Geoff Johns. I appreciate you sharing with me the great news about his new book.

Thank god Tom King is leaving. Not a fan of any of his stuff except for the Mr. Freeze arc.

Tynion will bring it back and stabalize it, which is absolutely necessary after King. I think Taylor would be the best long term, but I’m interested to see if Williamson or Venditto could pull it off for writing. Overall, I would most love to see the team from DCeased as a whole come over to Batman. At least in that kind of story arc, we would get something more exciting and dire with every page. I’m sick of these long dialogues where no one speaks in a normal or logical way.
