Dude I just started using this like 20 minutes ago. No one can stop me man lol (playing house rules). A couple of times guys will throw a dot somewhere and beat it but one or two rushers always disrupt the pocket. Unreal defense. Underrated channel right here. I've watched like 10 of your vids in the last couple hours and I've learned so much. You're awesome dude.

This defense doesn’t work well against the CPU because they throw it very fast but it is lethal against other users because they don’t have that processing time

Just became a member. Helped me a lot, had no confidence in my defense of late. Kinda felt lost really; as if nothing worked. Now, I don’t shut out every team but I’m able to get turnovers and create opportunities for my offense to score.

On current gen you need to pinch the line, press the defense and show blitz, make the mid line backer get in between defensive line and boom 💥

Dude it's so obvious! If you are the offense, you can obviously see which way he's going to blitz so just slide your protection. Also the receiver to hit in this formation is the slot receiver on a post route toward the sideline. so simple.😊

Is there a package or something that you can do to substitute the user as a safety instead of a linebacker. Linebackers don't jump or play anything.

There isn’t a package that will get the safety in there. But there is a substitution trick that you can do. Just YT search “safety at MLB 43 even 6-1” there are a few vids on how to do it. I personally though… don’t think it’s worth it. IMO get Luke and put lurker and acrobat on him. You will see why if you find the trick.

This is almost as cheesy as nano blitzing used to be. It’s not just effective vs bunch, it’s effective vs a lot of formations. It’s obviously an exploit and takes minimal skill, but it’s vulnerable vs runs inside. There’s ways to beat it offensively, but yeah, it’s just another exploit that should be patched in the next game hopefully. You want to be able to play defense but you don’t want the defense to be broken & exploited. You can literally run this formation all game with varying levels of success vs most passing plays

Why do you base line ?

It does a few different things: 1) the defense will always line up the same. Vs some formations (trips te for example) the linebackers will go out wide vs being close to the line of scrimmage. We need them close to the line of scrimmage to get the blitz to always come in. 2) it will also make all defensive coverages look the same. Cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4 will all look the same to your opponent. Causing them to hesitate and likely fleet sacked

Just for the record, I hate the bears playbook, for the sole fact, that none of it's new formations and plays are able to be used in solo battles or most challenges. Only way to practice is the shitty practice under exhibition. I like to do meaningful practice.

It’s a difficult defense to face. Have to be able to stand tall in the pocket. Rolling out against someone that knows what their doing in this is often a poor idea. More spread out formations match up with this well though. Trips te for example.
