Two things coming from a 2020 TPI owner: 1) These TPI bikes need to be good and warm before starting out for the day. When the rad cap is hot to the ungloved hand you should be good to go. 2) After your first start up of the day, shut the bike down for 5 seconds or so and re start to let the ECU reset for elevation loss/gain in relation to where you transported the bike from. Looking forward to more footage of this bike.

When I'm on a 2 stroke, I miss a 4 stroke. Then when I'm on a 4 stroke, I miss a 2 stroke. That's why I have a 300XC and a Yamaha 450FX.... Choices. Congrats on the Husky!

I do like the Husqvarna's white plastics over the KTM orange. Yamaha's YZs came out with grey plastics(optional) for 2020, which I love.

Dal saggio mid valve kit for the forks is what I did to my TE when I had it and it made the bike lots better. Kept the plush feeling, but held up better in the bigger whoops and bumps

That’s what I’ve heard, needs a different mid valve. Planning on getting the suspension done, we will see how long before I do it

@@TheMitchForrest I did mine at around 40 I think. I did the mid valve and stiffer springs, just to keep it not as expensive and it was worth it

Congrats man, gotta say that's one good looking bike. Still not sure how I feel about TPI, but I'm sure it'll be great since they've had a few years to sort it out now. Will you be racing 250A next year or AA? Oh also those Air-Ext. Pegs look sick, I'll be curious to see how you like them, have heard really good things!

Premix Peter thanks dude! I’m a fan on the TPI with the addition of the ambient air sensor in 2020 it’s been running awesome. Planning to race 250A I still need to find another 10% to be able to hang with the pros. The pegs are awesome. I’ve actually already used them for 2 seasons before I got the Yamaha. Great peace of mind since I broke my ankles 3 years ago.

Hey, just curious why you went from the yz450fx to the husky 250 two stroke ?Was considering the four stroke as an upgrade from my 99 Suzuki rm250. Which is an awesome bike , just old 🤙..

Your pretty brave riding that bike if the dealership prepped it. Your lucky if they even know to mix the gas. NEVER trust a dealership to prep a TWO STROKE. Beautiful Bike man.

James Haskins nothin, just the colors pretty much. They both come from the same factory😃

Cripple kid 090 big differences are linkage vs pds suspension, carbon vs aluminum sub frame, spring forks vs air if you’re comparing to XC (KTM’s linkage Bike), Brembo vs Magura brakes and clutch, mapping, air box design/split plastics, trip computer on husky, not on ktm XC but is on ktm XC-w. Pro taper vs nikken bars. There’s enough differences.. basically if you want and XC (linkage Bike) but want the spring forks, trip computer, and w gearbox you get the husky. The husky is also about 8 pounds heavier than the XC...

That bike is not for high speed desert riding you will go back to the Yamaha 450 FX. cant believe that you have to spend money right out of the box on a brand new bike, KYB SSS the only way to go PERIOD
