I have several Iwata guns, have not seen that. I guess the newer old style guns they stopped the chrome.

Lovely job as always Kandy Man, your new booth is really nice and as I said before there is next to no overspray hanging in the air which is better for your health and to get cleaner jobs. Have you good folks got the WS400 series2 over there yet Kandy? I have a few clear guns, the Sata x5500, W400, DV1 and the GTI ProLite but IMO my WS400 1.3HD digital is the best for laying a nice glassy flat coat of clear, looking forward to seeing your thoughts on it🙏👍John UK

the iwata you used was not a WS 400 but just a w 400 ! The WS 400 costs almost 4 times the amount of that basic price w 400

The gun in question is not as he described and could cause some buyers to avoid one of the finest guns made! For a personal request, can you please offer a recommendation for a decent clear coat gun that would do a decent job, but is under $250 (new or used)? I was looking at the Harbor Freight Black Widow HTE 1.3mm, but as a novice I would not know if that is a mistake. Can you or anyone who also follows you offer a suggestion if there are better choices to consider? Thank you for any assist in my search. Keep up the videos. Learning a lot from you.

Not sure about the black widow haven't tried it. I would look for the iwata bellaria. It is a great gun. 👍

Ive gotta ask, On your 3M gun, How do you run it for the base coat, my iwata's i get a steady spray, but got the life of me i can't get the 3M setup to make a steady spray, Its splotchy!
