How did you cut the soles so nicely? Did you mark it etc? Or just cut with scissors

I have a old pair of the original sst6 dark red version, and my dad has the white racers and likes them but me and him both agree that before 3g it was the dinaroo with kangaroo leather. They lasted a while and where the most comfortable shoes.

I have them in white. Been in them for about 2 months now. It was funny I was in the tour ultra and ordered a size 9 thinking they ran big like the ultras. Nope. True to size for sure. Went 9-9.5 and then finally the 10’s.

It's a nice set of shoes and very flash, plus the accessories that come with the shoes is really convenient, I'm a size US12.

Loved the OG SST6 wore em for a solid 14 years. Then got the new SST6 with the BOAs. Best shoes ever made IMO.

I have a problem because I wear a 15 wide in regular shoes but most technical shoes only go up to a 14. Currently using Dexter Sidewinders which I love. I need the slickest sole to slide. Using S12 black ice currently. At 66 any jarring on my knee and hip means a trip to the chiropractor. Good review

They are always going to have the Kangaroo feel to them. Remember 3G was Dyna-roos from the early 2000s. I loved my Dyna-roos. And had the 3G Tour Ultras when 3G took over. They are one of the Greatest shoes ever made! I still have my Tour Ultras. But I'm with Hollmark Shoes now. So they are safely tucked in the closet.

Those should have been out at the beginning of the year when I bought my Dexter THE C9 BOA shoes after first trying KR Srikeforce. I was not able to wear those at all and gave them away after 3 practices. With the Dexter's I purchased separate sole pads just in case. I looked at the 3G's first but did not like the colors.

@@LuisNapoles 😇I still have SST6's but they are very worn after 10 years of use. I needed new shoes after coming back to bowling in the beginning of the year. Having not bowled since 2017 because of arthritis in bowling fingers and wrist. Now I am trying to learn all over again. It is good to see good people enjoying the game. Love my 3G shoes. They are the best in the game IMHO. My only issue, and this is an issue I have with Dexter as well, is that they are overpriced and at over $200 dollars you should get every sole and heal that is made for them.

i use an s-9 saw tooth and the red felt heel. i have a hard time with anything else. if i use anything under an s 9 i cannot slide at all!!!! but if i go to an s 10 i feel like im going to fall on my butt. so i am very particular about my slide soles as well.

Do the 3G Racers run true to size, or should 1 consider ordering a half size up or down? For reference, I typically wear a US9 sneakers, for work and in most athletic shoes.

Nice video Luis. I hear the 3G Racers are "the bees knees". I don't use anything fancy as far as footgear goes. I circulate between 8 different houses and I use a generic pair of Dexters (black) with a slide sock. I have no problems. All of these removeable soles would get me ultra confused.

For me I always recommend high end shoes. When it comes to time frame it’s weird cause I see some howlers buy one pair of shoes every 20 years. For me I treat my bowling shoes like my work shoes so I buy new shoes every 7-8 months or so
