there's a few tutorials on how to refill the cartridges, it'll void your warranty, but I don't think anybody gives a shit. And anyway, the ammo is only like $11.95 for 120 loads so it's not really gonna break anyones bank anyway.

It's best to put a drop of Pelgun oil on the tip of the CO2 cartridge to insure longer lasting operation of the Shred-Er

You need to screw it all the way in quickly. Don’t stop when you hear hissing. Push past that and screw it in until it seals. Quickly.

Yes, you have to tighten it quickly as to not loose gas, because the CO2 bottle gets punctured when you insert it. It's normal.
