Congratulations! It's definitely a better and a more comfortable drive than a side-by-side. The air pump will last 25000 km in hard off-road conditions. Take good care of the steering knuckles, replace the stock knuckle seals with JB74 seals with felt padding)). Standard mods would be a Samurai T-case with 4,9 Low gear reduction from Trail Gear, 75 mm suspension lift, 25 mm body lift, manual Warn premium hubs, Trail Gear front axle shafts with 33 spline CV Joints, front air locker and a Lockright 1510 in the rear, 33" tires maximum (spare your axles). Do not forget to adjust the caster settings in the front, get a Chinese copy of a TJM snorkel, make all air breathers watertight and enjoy your ride!

Go for 26 spline HD axle shafts in the front, they are available and are much stronger. 26 spline front air lockers are available too.

Had one with the NA and loved it. 6.5 transfer. 35" = exploding diff if flooring it. Changed axles to super strong portals and 37". Almost unstoppable. Biggest drawback, comfort/handling off road at even moderate speeds.

@@MudPuppyOffroad our trails are pretty rutted up I got almost 20 inch clearance in the rear (at the lowest point) and always getting stuck But I don't want portals or bigger tires It all comes down to where and how you ride How much clearance do you plan on having
