Yes I do, I'm headed to one this morning as a matter of fact! There are some of my videos that are of new construction. I think there is one with brand new windows with failed Sash springs, another on issues with a new foundation. I guess I just don't label the videos as new construction so it's probably hard to tell for the viewer. I should start doing that!

Having a house built that’s set to close in November. Any tips/things to look out for during the blue tape walkthrough? Thank you so much.

Definitely have it inspected, by as competent of an inspector as you can find! I find stuff wrong with new builds all the time. Run and run the plumbing. A slow leak from a not perfectly sealed joint might take a bit to actually show signs, so infrared can be great in these situations. Open and check all the cupboards, doors, and windows, those are super common "finds" on new homes. If your home is on a basement I always recommend waiting several years to finish as the first few years are when most of your rod holes and leaking cracks show up. They are easy to repair as long as they aren't behind a finished wall. Any questions just shoot them my way!
