I think the "compromise" will be that valve will just keep the existing printstreams as is, and then release either the awp or ak with the new versions. Kind of like how the USP black lotus and the M4 black lotus are really different.

That is certainly a possibility, not one I'd prefer thought, they're more similar compared to the lotus skins, it would just be inconsistent.

Hi mate, Buff is still the largest marketplace for skin trading and what most cash traders base their pricing on. Additionally, arbitragers take advantage of mispricing between marketplaces to take profits and close gaps relatively quickly. The Western marketplaces are too fragmented right now to gauge accurate pricing on a daily basis. Liquidity remains too low unfortunately.

Tbh the pearlecent effect was too much in csgo but they need to bring it back just a little

I do think you might be in the minority here. People do like the flashy effect. I personally don't mind either way, I think what the author made now as a replacement is quite good though.

@@SkinomiCS2 Yeah i know im in the smaller group, but Im not the type like most people in cs and say flashy = good. Aside from the asiimov (which sucks cuz of the orange parts) theres not many plain white skins that are just an empty canvas for stickers. But if they add another white one and bring back the effect for the printstream im okay with that

The USP S white out might be a good example of a white canvas you speak of. We'll see what happens, neither of us will be able to change the outcome anyway.
