There are also NS trains through here because its part of the Cincinnati directional running between Hamilton Ohio and Winton place. Most southbound trains take the new castle district from Hamilton. This needs to be in the description so it doesn’t cause confusion.

Just a suggestion a cool place to put a camera is we’re Bowden yard is in Jacksonville Florida cause sometimes it’s kinda hard to know what’s on some trains up there like FEC 105,107, and a few others

Yes.. and no.. They didn't do their research here. NS/CSX have a directional running agreement, So all your going to get are the Northbounds.

In my opinion, The curve at the Norfolk, VA Amtrak station would make a great spot for a new cam. Make sure to bring ear protection when you go there, those wheels squealing on the curve can throw you into a doozy!

Another great spot would be at the Gilmerton/NS bridge 7 on the southern branch, Elizabeth River. You get the best of all worlds. Trains/drawbridges (highway and rail) on the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW).

Your going to get and F for FAIL on this one, do your research, and you will find your missing HALF THE TRAINS. You see NS/CSX have a directional running arrangement here. All the southbounds use the ex NS route (PRR/NYC via CP 248). Northbounds use this route. The exception are the few trains that use the ex B&O for Indianapolis. ANd to make things worse.. it looks like you set the PTZ camera location facing NORTH...so all the trains will be going away. BUZZZZ FAIL... Had you located north of the McDonalds in Hamilton OH, you would have gotten 55 to 60..

Hamilton does not get 55 to 60 trains a day. Maybe 40 if you`re lucky. I agree that Hamilton would be a more active spot as I film trains there all the time, but it has hours of dead time too. Also, I`m not sure where you could even mount a camera close to the tracks and with the new hotel (s) going in along the tracks near Butler Street, that would be the spot to put a camera. Word is that the Butler Street crossing is going to be gone, and the area may go to a no horn zone according to the locals that live there because of the hotels too. Only time will tell.
