When I first saw the colour in the bay, I thought it looked a bit ugh, but in the sunlight it looks amazing. The way the sun reflects off the fleck in the paint, is 🔥 Great choice Sam!

Sam it’s the car that helped make the channel and it’s the most beautifully understated designs for a two seat coupe that doesn’t cost £200,000 and it sounds fantastic. Can’t wait for all the adventures in it this year 👍

Actually a perfect lineup of cars in your garage: the daily bmw, the grand tourer jag, the special occasion 360 and the absolute performance gt3. Lifegoal. Btw: the jag v8 is really fuel efficient. Our f type r drinks around 12l/100km over the Swiss mountains from Germany to Italy which is incredible for a 550 hp car imo.

29 mpg is pretty good, especially on a new engine that's not bedded in. Glad to see the F-Type getting some love. It a stunning design that' still looks fresh. I just wish they'd resurrect the CX-75, and drop in an amazing engine as a last hurrah to the ICE.

For a long time I really had no interest in Jaguar… but you’ve revived my desire to read, listen and learn more about the brand. And Sam, the brown is so spot on! My first exposure to a brown car was my boss’s 1967 Ferrari GTB. It was chocolate brown and looked amazing! As a 14 year old boy getting a ride in that car was epic alone but in brown it seemed different and elegant yet undeniably cool. So glad you’ve landed this amazing car!

Love it, love how happy your are and it just feels right your being back in an F-Type 😂 I think the fact that you don’t focus the channel on buying and selling cars, but instead doing events with cars you love and only buying special ones to you makes all the difference ~ same with the fact your cinematography just beats out (clearly) all other car channels! And the stories you tell! Shmee for the details and stupid fun slamming cars around the track (and just the sheer number of special cars) and Strad for some fun with cars at a nutty scale. You three are my favourite car KZbinrs by far! Oh and Mat Armstrong purely because it’s super interesting watching someone rescue salvage cars in the UK and rebuilding them!

I think you chose one of the best all-around cars for doing what you do. It's sporty, comfortable, gets decent fuel economy, and really is a car you can use daily without regrets. IMO, a fantastic choice.

Stupendous choice Sam. I'll be following the channel much closer as I'm a fan of the F Type. It's worth owning as this FT marks the end of an era of Jaguar's racing and motoring history being the last of the V8 engines. Perhaps you have a relationship with JLR in the UK to find out if they plan on bring out an iteration of the C-X75 concept car in the future. I'll be following the car closely to see how it is as a daily drive. My F Type is for special occasions and my old Lexus is my daily.

Wow Sam, Huge Congrats on the new F-Type that you made us wait 5+ years for which I’m looking forward to seeing in upcoming videos and maybe in Monaco to really bring back some old memories, honestly though when I looked up the reg from the old RS6 a few days ago, I saw F-Type and was like what! and then saw registered 30th of March And was confused that you hadn’t collected it until now, then I looked a bit closer on the site and it said the car was was red which i was expecting to see today but the brown also looks really good on the car, also I think the yellow brake calipers really complements the brown really well. anyways hopefully this one stays around for a very long time and hope this brings lots of happiness to us all on the channel.

Sam! The Coupe IS louder than the convertible! When they were testing the convertible, they realized the exhaust note was quite piercing through the cloth roof or with it down so it has different mufflers. Still loud, but doesn't actually hurt your ears 😂
