Easily the best review I've seen, happy for ya on the upgrade. Do we know if it comes with Android Auto?? Literally saw an Audi TT Mk2, 50k miles, £8k. Was fully prepared to get it but owner refused to let me get it fully inspected before I bought it because apparently they're part exchanging tomorrow 🥴

Thank you for the support. An inspection is always a good idea big red flag when a seller has an issue with that. No android auto but it’s a easy retro fit

Traded in the 2014 TTS for a 2022 Chronos Grey TTS with the bronze package, black mirrors, rings etc.👍

How is it that the rear doesn't have those fake "vents" since 2019? Was that part of the mod to get rid of those?

I think they only come on the face lift mk3 so happy I ant got them

@@carfellauk Well here in the US it is standard since 2019 because I have to look at them on my 2019 tts. Too bad the RS honeycomb grille is not standard on all TT models. Apparently, there is an issue with the parking sensor locations when swapping the grille otherwise I would have done it already.

I went for one with no front parking sensors so I can swap the grill easy can't wait to get the new grill on and the front number plate off

yeah bro its proper boring for the misses annoying when we have to change destination and I can't jest get the passenger to change the sat nav would be nice if it had the screen like in the rs or s3

Being that your mk2 was roughly 300bhp can you feel much difference in acceleration

its like night and day this one feel so so much faster then the mk2 I think the s tronic helps with that I will be trying ti take this one to at least 400bhp

@@carfellauk I though s tronic was just the auto gear box. Surely the mk2 was auto. Driving around London would be a mission with a manual. I’d like to upgrade myself but prices way way higher than what I’m willing to pay. Like to go golf r or s3. U must have give around 20k for that minimum

@@Abc-li1ij the mk2 was manual bro I loved the manual but like you side driving round London was a nightmare. I looked a golf r but I didn’t want a fast hatchback I like a bit more sporty look great car though as for cost it wasn’t cheap but I got a good price on the mk2 and save loads on insurance I will probably do a video on it at some point

@@carfellauk you’ll appreciate the dsg so much. Personally I could never go back to manual. Helps if you need to get off the line quick without crunching gears. TT is abit low down for me these days as I’m getting on.
