Current Run: Manhunters (start with: 2 manhunters and 4 indebted, must have more indebted than non-indebted or party is upset, indebted cap at lvl 7 and gain -25% xp, chance to recruit free indebted after winning human battles, get extra roster space)
Seed = XSUAHDMZJT (5 factions & 35 settlements)(water at 40)
Legends Mod for Battle Brothers is the largest expansion-type mod available to the game. It contains plenty of new enemies, brothers, perks, magic, origins, etc. You can even play as the skeletons, a necromancer or even a druid, amongst many other starts. The sub-mods; World Economy, Layered Armour, Battle Sisters and Dynamic Perks add a lot of variety to the game (World-wide Magic and Theriantrophy are still a work in progress and hopefully will return in the future).

Just a side note, you might find lower than usual people are able to find this vid due to KZbin disliking certain keywords... I think that's why the devs went with the term "indebted" in the first place.

Thanks for the heads up! At the moment, things are going well and I don't see any problems from youtube. I'm not a super PC person so it doesn't bother me, but currently the stats are doing just as good as our other series so I'm happy :)

I believe I've never tried the manhunter start. More then half the party limited to level 7 seems rough, especially in legends. Though the whipping seems powerful enough to make up a bit for the missing perks and so many indebted mean that you can concentrate your money on fewer bros. I'm stoked to see how this goes.

Yup, definitely not one of my first choices but it'll be a hell of a season haha Might have to have a banner/support be a dedicated whipper? we'll have to see!

Maybe using the indebted as tanks and hitsponges would keep them from being replaced all the time and also drain the stamina of enemies while your main party can rack up kills by the end of the battles.

Yeah that's the sort of setup I have been considering/working towards. Keeping the meat-bags at the front so the better bros can stay alive and do dmg from safety (mostly).

Up-to-date with the Solo Crusader campaign. Now moving onto the Manhunter campaign. I have not seen anyone on KZbin upload a successful Manhunter campaign. No doubt it is a really difficult campaign to play. Time to really see if Legends mod will make the Manhunter campaign a bit more playable/manageable mid to late game.

I really think beginner economic difficulty takes a lot out of the legends mod since you can just ignore most camp buffs and such. Everything works just fine with a full group of militiamen who can't repair, heal, cook, etc.

Yeah I can see your point, but sadly I have to make fun-to-watch vids and I can't do the "harder" economy & funds because I don't want to do all the boring waiting around as that's not fun to play/watch. Definitely the way to make reserve backgrounds and prolonged camping a major part of the game (and ups the difficulty) but I don't want people watching me camp for 90% of a vid just to fix us after one fight. Thanks for the mention though, I agree but can't do it.

@@TheIndomitableSnowman I see what you're saying, but I think you're missing the point. The only reason it would take up so much time is if you continue to fill your roster with halfwit brutes. And I think if you play the game with camping mechanics, your background guide would be more useful, like you might start appreciating the daytaler a bit more early game. I'm not saying go legend difficulty, just normal difficulty.

Regardless, I already put a decent amount of time into camping in most of my playthroughs to show and use the benefits :) Might try out normal difficulty in the future but for now we'll enjoy the beginner. I understand your thoughts about getting a blacksmith, but doesn't it require a top perk: field repairs to unlock? . Howdy, was wondering if you could have my name for the name pot. I honestly don’t care if I’m indebted or not as long as my character has a 2 handed weapon/dual gripping a weapon. I’m amused at the idea of my character just being an endless line of indebted that keep dying as they charge to chop at the enemies of my masters. And the name I was wanting was Malikai

yes he can after he have 250 renown he unlocks a non combat char slot and when you buy one you get more max brothers

Thanks for the reply Atrick, Yes we can increase the roster size buy buying retinue followers (The Legends Mod team changed it in the .20 updates, it's tougher but mostly managable)

@@TheIndomitableSnowman yea definitly dident do what they wanted XD free up perk points XD well I guess it free them from the hero char if you have one but the hero char will be strong no matter what so it was less challangeing cuz now you might need to get a meh background then waste a skill point aswell makeing the brother a bit sad to have.

They mainly added it to slow down the game and reduce the snowball effect (which is a thing in legends, especially the bigger parties) and I can see it from that point of view. Though I've heard they're looking to make it a little less rough on getting 'soft-locked' if you don't have the right bros to expand :)
