I love the warm look on you! It’s definitely a winner. Here in Canada the collection launched a month ago and the purple quad and both blushes sold out on launch day. I think these quads were intended for people who would appreciate having 4 matte shades because they already have a ton of glittery/shimmery shades that they rarely use. I have the lavender “cheek powder” (nobody blushes lavender so blush is a misnomer) and the Blood orange “cheek powder” (nobody blushes orange either) - and I use them together or I pair them with other blushes. I do feel this collection was a refreshing change for Chanel - the promo pics were realistic in terms of the looks one can create with this collection, as the model looks like a woman one might see on a terrasse having lunch.

Both quads are pretty on you--but I like the neutral more. This is the one that I bought. My eyes are the same color as yours. I am loving the it. I worried that it was too orange but it looks beautiful on the eye. For color shadows, I find that burgundies work better than purples for my green eyes.

I think the pumpkin shades looked fantastic on you and I thank you heartily for trying and showing off the chalky pale shade, 😮lol ❤- I just got the weird mucky purples and mustards palette and… I think I love them, for me - for some reason cool and warm (and muted) tones look good on me at the same time as contrast - well it will depend and I’ll see - I just tried the “ugly” mustard shade under my eyes and it contrasts and detracts from my own cool toned purple “dark pits of despair” and actually looked really cool - these aren’t normal colors that I’d know what to do with, but I was curious, and maybe Chanel knows something I don’t know - so,far so good The lavender blush looks invisible on me… but then I stepped back and my skin was better blended than with a finishing powder and actually looked glowing - I was going to send it back, but now I might have to keep it as an essential - I’d never have guessed ever in my life - why, Chanel would you trick me?! - I guess pale dead shades look good on me? 😅😂

I'll be honest, I duped Divination with singles as I was not sure if it comes to my country. I am olive with hazel eyes and wearing the singles today. I think it is absolutely gorgeous colour story. Very flattering for both my eyes and complextion colouring. You simply have to experiment with the placement.

Great review. This was released in AUS a few weeks ago. I picked up the peachy Initiation palette. It brightens up the eyes beautifully. It appears boring but I love pairing it with the new amethyst mascara. The Divination quad and purple blush are a miss. Just terrible. Even the beautiful Chanel model looks weird with the purple/green eye look and pumpkin orange lipstick.

I love this look on you. Most people bought just the purple palette, but I suspected that the one you are wearing was the real sleeper in this collection, and you're proof. It so pretty and wearable. Even that orange blush looks pretty on you. I've seen you in a lot of makeup now, and, while you can carry off cooler colors, you just glow in this. Ironic that it's all matte.🤔 As for the purple palette, it looks like a two shadow eye. It's the best way to make them work. These lavender blushes are coming because of all of we pale faces that have been pushing for Asian releases to come to the US. Now they're here and, if you are a B10 or less, they can work. I'm B10 in winter, so they're still very, very light. What's weird is how I like them better at night. A cool brontour is de rigeur. Bronzer, unless very cool, will overwhelm them. And they can be used to tone down a brighter blush. But I have two now, between Plan de Paris and Dioramour, and suspect two is too many. So I'm skipping the lilac in Chanel. What I am dying for is the nail color in Phenomene. Sold out online at Chanel so I'm on the hunt. Thanks for the video!💚

also - i honestly love the chanel palette but I don't think I would ever use it as an entire colour story on its own. to me all 4 of those shades are quite trendy at the moment but hard for me to pull off (cool toned army but I can't wear purples or greens for whatever reason, go figure!) and i'd rather use them as accents on a more neutral look, though i really like the way it looks on you overall!

It's funny living in the southern hemisphere because basically every beauty & fashion brand does releases that are the polar opposite to the season you're in - we're kind of just used to department stores being completely winter-themed in the middle of summer for instance :') it's nice to travel and be in countries where the theme of the store matches the actual weather haaa

I know that warmer pumpkin spice palette is not the one getting all the attention this season, but it’s the absolute winner! It’s such a great fall, warm color story! The purple/green quad…oh boy, I’d wear the top and bottom row separately I guess. Or 4 one and done looks! At the beginning of the look when you just had the lightest purple on, it looked good! I got the lavender blush because another youtuber showed applying it over the blood orange and it looked beautiful. I got the shadows too and very pleased with everything. I'm going to have to try the liquid velvets, just wish they'd make colors that had more of a pink cool base. Thanks for the review!

I am happy for the lavender blushes but this one will not look good on my dark skin. I wish it was more pigmented. I agree, I would use only two of the shades together in the Divination palette. I dont know but i didnt like the colors. At first i was excited i thought they will be like the early 90s pallets but after watching many reviews the shade of mustard and that boring shade of green turned me off. Its more of Halloween spooky 👻 🎃 shades they remind me of the Adams Family movie . I think the Adams mother would enjoy it😂🧟‍♀️. Early 90s were great shades. But the orange palette with the lips and blush is pure early 90s and so classy and soft and made ur face healthy and bright its like im watching one of those Christmas early 90s lovely movies ❤😂 and again u make me plan to by more makeup that i thought i will never buy 😂❤️

Unbelievably, I don’t want any of this. It doesn’t do any thing to excite me. I personally think ULTA got this release because it hasn’t been really well received. I’ve watched a number of reviews. 99% of the reviewers gave the eyeshadows and blushes a big meh! But, the reformulated lipstick has been a hit. I think I would have been interested had the lavender and the green been deeper to have more oomph. Pastel shadows just don’t look good on me. But, I still enjoy listening to your thoughts.😊❤😊
