Got few questions, 1. Could you move the washer, dryer and water heater to the add-on ? 2. What's that dead space next to back door? Looks like refrigerator could go there and where it is now that be made into LG. Pantry in kitchen 3. The first room would be great for home office 4. The addition is not heated and the cost would not be justified by most renovators. The parking is only about 30-40 feet from the front door. I don't believe there is assigned parking there since the spaces are not numbered. This home went under contract shortly after the video. Good to see you back !

it doesn't appear to be designed very well.. Couldn't the water heater and the heating system. be moved to the built on. loses are precious space. also the Laundry
