Surprisingly, I liked the second vignette the best. Don't usually do a lot of Santa themes. Thank you for showing those black/bronze lanterns, they will make a great gift. The third vignette gives me inspiration for reviving an old framed mirror and adapting it with garland and picks . Thank you for your hard work creating beautiful displays for us. Good morning Deena! All three vignettes are beautiful their own right. When I saw you bringing the Santa picture to life, I thought of my “snowy trees with a deer” picture from Hobby Lobby that I’ve done the same thing with and this will be the fourth Christmas using it four different ways in different rooms! I really enjoyed your video and always learn something from you. I'm reminded to be humble & patient with others & myself and I take back a lot of wonderful decorating ideas as well. I love how you brought the old world Santa painting to life with all the lovely embellishments replicating the items simular to those in the painting. Ha! I know, I was trying to make sure I was available for everyone that week. The kids had texted, not being able to hear my voice they didn’t realize I was sick, and needed some help that week. So, I moved things around to make sure I was there for them, until my son called the next morning and found out how sick I was. Needless to say he didn’t let me help. Lol. I love when you do these! It’s so hard to pick a favorite because they were all beautiful. I do a more traditional Christmas color and the second one gave me huge inspiration for a spot that I really have trouble decorating in my own home! So thanks! Sorry to hear that you were not feeling well. Definitely #3. That is my style also. I have been trying to collect old ornate frames when I am out shopping. They are becoming harder and harder to find. I did look at the frame that you displayed at Hobby Lobby. Thanks for sharing. You gave me more ideas as to how I can style these frames. Deena, I never cease to be amazed by your creativity! I like all three of the vignettes and it’s hard to choose. I think I’d like to use the first on the buffet in my foyer or table near the front door. I need a change and since I live in a condo, my space is limited so fewer items would be perfect. I think the third vignette could be left up all winter it’s so pretty.

Deena, I have a large abstract painting in my foyer with pink and gold subtle design so I think the “pink” vignette would be perfect with garland and the wooden white lantern would look great through the holidays and even winter months.

Deena, bless your heart. You sound bad. I hope by this time you’re feeling some better. I think I did like number three better but I like number two also. Work men are here this morning. Looks like the last of the hurricane repairs will be accomplished soon. It’s been a long haul since the July 8 hurricane. The contractors are so in demand you just kinda have to wait until they can fit you in. They did repair the roof pretty quickly. Then it took about another month for all the interior to be repaired. They finished The deck except for painting. They painted all the front that was damaged so they just have to paint the deck and move all the furniture back and repair the fence. I’m not going to spend one dime on anything new for Christmas. The total cost of repairs was $25,000 but only got about 20,000 from insurance. Plus lots of medical bills. I am grateful the Lord has provided for me and I have resources to take care of these issues but I have made a choice not to spend anything extra on things like decor. Thank you for your efforts even though you were sick. You’re an angel. Love in Christ

Goodness! $25,000 is a whole lot of damage. I am so so sorry. Thank goodness for the insurance help. I pray it all gets done soon and life can go back to normal for you. I appreciate you! Oh Deena, you sound like you are in pain!! What a brave lady you are to do something like this for your YT viewers when you obviously should be home in bed. I fell in love with that tall lantern and the picture in #2 but l think my overall favorite is #3. I wish l had a place to recreate it.
