They've got the fundamentals (engine, gearbox, space) bang on and it seems this is going to be aggressively priced to appeal to the lower middle class which comprises of a huge chunk of the Indian population. Moreover, almost every feature that requires a chip has been dropped, which means the waiting time for this car should not be long. If priced right, this could be a revolution. I hope they increase the coverage of their service though.

@@user_baalu__1208 Dual tone paint doesn't cost as much as sensors or camera buddy; and considering the global chip shortage at the moment, it seems like a good step to ensure consistent supply chain operations and minimum waiting period. The dual tone colour scheme is just there to ensure the interiors don't look too monotonous or dull IMO. And they have done a lot of cost cutting to ensure the pricing is aggressive I think. We'll have to wait and watch.

The colors in this car are pretty nice, they just work very well in this car, although it may have huge amount of missing features, it does make up with good engines, but the only problem is the small network of dealerships, this should needed to be expanded a lot so that others can access that model, which is going to be very affordable.

Double drl Unique looks 6 speed manual 195 section tyres 180mm grnd clearance Beautiful dash 10” touchscreen One touch down power windows 0-100 in 10 Turbocharger 2600+ mm wheelbase Comfy seats Rear seat space Great pricing Dat Citroën logo Things can improve: Non adjustable head whiplash protection (yes those are not head rests) Cluster (could have included tacho atleast) Leather wrap steering wheel (1000₹ job retrofit with custom cross stich) Placement of rear power window switch gear Powered Orvm 6 airbags where u at? So all in all a good product

Actually Citroën need to work a bit more to understand Indian Market. I thought this car would target the entry level cars like Kwid, alto, etc. but right now nothing can be said. Taking the scenario of C5 Aircross, I think this car would get a slightly better response if the prices are resonable.

Those who are writing off this vehicle are the same kind of people who bashed XUV700 black n blue then later flocked the Mahindra showrooms going ga ga over it!! This vehicle has aced all the basics & should do decent no.s. Yes lack of rear wiper washer/defogger, auto ac are bit hard to digest but I seriously hope Citroen bring forth these features later on. All they have to do is to price it competitively undercutting the Punch which itself is a decent car but let down by excruciatingly anaemic & NVH disaster 1.2 non turbo engine.

Give a chance to Citroen. They have done a spectacular design on the engine suspension and gearbox all the main fundamentals so the engineering aspect is fabulous. There are some lack on tech like folding mirror auto climate control sunroof etc. But it's a decent car.

Citroen is playing it very safely with the C3. The response to this will decide if they want to take on Kiger/Venue/Sonet category in the future. Overall I don't think this car has much to be excited about especially with the lack of features. Disappointing to see it rolled out like this. Had a lot of expectations!

This anyway has only two variants but I hate that manufactures keep rear wiper off the table until top two versions. Defogger nahi to at least rear wiper available rahana chahiye from 2nd variant onwards. It's a safety features treated as a luxury feature where even Tata is playing the same game while giving projector headlamps from base variant

I feel c3 is going to undercut wagon r pricing. And price it below 4 lakh ex showroom. And if they do so, this is a perfect choice for many user, big car with good engine at the price of small car.
