Dials are dated,air con buttons need to be separate, otherwise lots to really like!Used car best,as residual values plummet on Citroens!

driven and ordered this week ! Crossland is the only other mini SUV you can get wheelchair in . fastback shapes do not work in SUV !!

I have a C3 Aircross auto Shine Plus 130Bhp and this my 3rd Aircross and I love it, absolutely perfect for rural travels in my beloved Cornwall. I would thoroughly recommend this car.

I love the Citroen C3 air cross I have had it for a couple of months now. I love that the interior isn't plastic nor does it have that flimsy feeling. the exterior and the interior all feels like good quality, easy to drive, perfect for parking, and very cheap on petrol.

Why on earth are SO many mfrs now disposing of the physical controls for heating/cooling and replacing them with access ONLY via a touch screen ? And this is classed as being progress ! ?

Yep, that's put me off as well. That and that the flexible boot only comes with the Shine Plus. I don't want the other unnecessary gimmicks.

Glad that you talked about the high road and wind noise at higher speeds. You're the first reviewer I've seen who really points it out. I drove a C3 Aircross a few times a few years ago and absolutely loved it, apart from the poor sound insulation. That was the one thing that stopped me from getting one. Unfortunate that it does not seem to have been improved.

Just had a look at this car. It is a nice car, my only quibble is the boot space due to the design feels smaller compared to the C3 Picasso and the cabin is not as light and airy like the C3 Picasso. I know this is the next one up from the Picasso but I do miss the panoramic roof as not all C3 Aircross have that feature or sensors. I thought the steering was light and engine felt quick. I like it, just miss the space that feels less in this model.

I had the same impression, but oddly the Aircross has the bigger boot, 410 litres to the Picasso’s 385 litres.Possibly it looks smaller because it’s flat sided and doesn’t have the lateral recesses of the Picasso. We’ve just swapped our faithful Picasso for an Aircross because we can no longer enter Milan, where we live, with a Euro 5 diesel. Our Picasso had done 163,000 without a single problem, so the new one has a lot to live up to

One thing not mentioned is that on higher spec models the front passenger seat also folds down so you can fit really lengthy objects

Presenter said that the Peugeot 2008/Crossland X are on the same platform as C3 air cross. The first gen model was but the current version of the 2008 is on a newer platform.

This very car is now being launched in India as a 5-Seater & 7-Seater.. You should check out the styling and specs of that car. Its seems to be a bit upmarket than the one being offered in the UK. The downside on that Indian C-3 Aircross is that there is no wireless charging or a sunroof, a must have nowadays since the competition is offering it as standard even on the basic trims. Plus, there are no ventilated seats. Have a look,..

Nice review as always, I appreciate the information in each of the cars you test. I own the new c3 aircross facelift with 1.5diesel(120hp-30Nm torque!!!!)/eat6. In previous years I always thought that CD players and all buttons should be inbeaded in a large display(tablet). One for all. Maybe is not the best choice at last. But, as long as there is auto climate don't worry, you don't need to be setting all the time the temp. I think the most annoying thing that no one talks about is that LARGE RADAR on the top of the windscreen. Why is that big, when c3/c4 has a smaller radar version. Does anyone have an answer? From the driver's seat the mirror is almost hiding it, but from co driver's seat it occupies a lot from your view. For me it is a big foul!! What's your thoughts about it?

As usual superb review but going onto this car the rear end is awefull spoiling a descent looking motor plus burying the heater controls in the infotainment screen is not only annoying to use but dangerous for the driver.....the new c4 has dealt with this issue but i will never consider this vehicle until this is sorted.

Camera work is a bit suspect on this review. Particularly the bit in the back when he is talking about what's in it but the camera is too close and we can't actually see anything. Same thing happened with the driving when we get a really close up view of his nose.

Manual handbrake, too much plastic especially on the inside of the doors. Looks like a box on wheels. Not for me. Where are the Hybrid versions & the entertainment system is set very low on the dashboard so you really have to look along way down to operate it.

@@TheMisterB2u er, only it's not a problem, is it . !? The dials tell you how fast you're going and the engine revs, with a little pointer and some numbers - not a difficult concept to grasp.. .. AND there's a digital speedo - what are you whining about ... !?!?
