When Angron was first shown, was not a fan - too much like a fancy Bloodthirster. However, I did say to a buddy that often community paint jobs make a difference - and boy has Fletcher's one proven that true! I love the model with his work on it. Great bat rep too!

They won't do beastmen. Not when they're already got a unique cultist already. Also I doubt there will be more models this year. Even GW wouldn't sell a Codex and then release about as many models as that Codex contains which arent' in the book.

Smallest complaint, I am early 100% certain those eradicators ARE modeled with heavy melta-rifles. Normal meltas don't have the tubes I am completely cool with proxies either way. I only bring it up for future reference

Been waiting so long for world eaters and they seem be very powerful. The blood tithe is a good dynamic and builds so quickly.I have a squad of terminators all with lightning claws (my berserker terminators) that I'm looking forward to using. Chef waiting patiently to roll a dice for an explosion was brilliant.

Does anybody else notice a squeak at the beginning of most cuts around 14:35? Is that just the tail end Chef say "okay" from before the cut or am I hearing something technical with the guys' mics going on?

It's Jinx shouting 'CUT' from behind the camera. Sudden jumps in volume like that make it easier to synchronize audio tracks and footage from multiple cameras during editing. Same reason why you can sometimes see youtubers randomly clapping their hands in 'behind the scenes' footage and same reason why the iconic Hollywood board you put in front of the camera has the flappy bit that does the loud click. It sounds weird and squekey because I am guessing it got picked up by the player's mics a bit too clearly and they tried to mask it during audio editing, but couldn't flat out cut it from the audio track for some reason. Likely it overlapped other important bits of audio or it was simply time constraints to have this be ready to go on Saturday morning.

@@thepastrychef8014 This. In a competitive list, Marines are unlikely to just leave bodies in the open to be shot off the table turn 1. First, this game was not played on a competitive terrain format. Secondly, the Ultramarines list is not that competitively designed. Pair that with all the free wargear, free reserves, deepstrike and fast attack options for Marines and you can make them super strong by just trading up on damage with cheap units

So If I'm not mistaken, at 4:20 you list off Eradicators with Melta Rifles because you said they weren't modeled with Heavy Melta Rifles? Hate to point this out, those ARE Heavy Melta Rifles those Eradicators are modeled with, Heavy Melta Rifles have the tubes connecting the gun to the power pack, regular Melta Rifles only have a battery casing where the tubes would otherwise connect, like a magazine. Still, good showing!

The outcome was obvious, but it was a wonderful match nonetheless! Angron has been less of a complete annihilator against factions with more recent codexes, but this was a great display of what he can do unhindered. Would love to see Chef's Necrons against Angron!
