Hey Sir, good looking out! I have a new construction home currently being built, so I always look at as many 'comps' as I can. I love the flow of both floor plans but the Kane is much better layout of space IMO. All in all both look like great places to call home. Thanks for sharing this community with us 🙏🏾

That’s what you get at this price point. The average sales price in charlotte is $400k+, so if you want new construction for the average or below the average sales price, you can expect to compromise in 1 or 2 areas.

The schools in that zone are not great - Stoney Creek, Ridge Road and Mallard Creek, I believe. Your best option, if you want to get into a great school, is either Bradford Preparatory or Corvian Community School. Both are K-12 and charter schools. My niece and nephew attend Bradford Prep and it has been excellent. They have had in-school learning during almost the entire pandemic, which kept their learning on pace, unlike most of the public schools around them.

Staircase is a bit narrow but these are very well sized , great prices, reasonable and very well layed out for a starter home. Wassup Sir Ash, you and the team have a pleasant and eventful weekend.
