So remember that John at a very young age had promised a childhood friend he would marry her; we never hear from her (supposedly she might be dead or maybe not), but what if she became an Insurgent (don't forget the cheesy plot where she moves up the rank to become an important figure) and the UNSC fight against them again, except this time the Insurgents have modern technology now (which in the books it is stated they do). It's a stalemate, the UNSC and the Insurgents. The Chief fights with her in random encounters..... Okay long story short the Master Chief falls in love with her again (this time with a real human, I know!) making both to join to end the war of all wars against humans. Later you can add your 343 cheesy plot to fight a greater evil blah blah blah.

once I unlocked the quickshot upgrade I think I had more fun than I did with any other halo gameplay; the grappling hook is such a sweet mechanic. If they made a multiplayer mode where everyone gets unlimited grappling hook I would probably never play anything else.

I had to miss this video until I played this game for myself and I actually bought into it a bit. I felt sad when he activated the deletion sequence and overall I was very happy at the end with how they resolved it.
