as someone with autism I am just flabbergasted that these are the right answers... of course I want a job with a manageable workload, a work-life balance, and reasonable pay?? why would I be required to lie about that in order to get a job? wtf?

Pretty much just act like a very outgoing person on the test and make sure you don’t make any errors I legit got my orientation tmmrw

I applied to CVS with eight years of retail experience, all of which had "exceeds requirements" annual reviews documented. CVS still rejected the application. I'm pretty sure it's an A.I. handling this assessment and skimming the results. Anything short of perfect gets your application trashed.
