That was the most beautiful meditation I have ever heard & needed to hear, I haven't been able to let go of my past and the people who hurt me and I lost my faith in myself and others, I kept hearing let go! I really didn't understand that till today and understand that karma and lessons happen but I am a powerful being and I did get through it because I'm still here. I'm breathing I just wasn't living I don't need anyone to say I love you or your gonna be ok because I always have known that I just didn't want to believe it because I was letting anger control me instead of believing in myself and loving myself enough that I could forgive others and myself . I have a light and I'm going to let it shine ... I felt like .. No I know that this video was made and the universe knew I was going to listen to it today and this time. I going to listen to it again Lillian you are a beautiful soul I hope one day we can have coffee on the moon:) Thank you.

I love you, i really do. And i am i big fan for many years. But this was extremely difficult to follow with unnatural toning of words followed by an unnatural tone of voice. Please if you can, i kindly ask you to record this again as it is a much needed meditation especially among lightworkers right now.
