That New Day segment was the best segment in WWE history and no one has been able to convince me otherwise. First time I cried from sadness when watching wrestling. I think Drew McIntyre is going after the OG Bloodline considering he still has beef with them. I'm so glad they didn't just ignore what happened in his feud with Punk and just randomly place him in a filler feud with Wade. His two biggest enemies just teamed up at Survivor Series so now since they're sort of on the same team McIntyre should be more determined than ever to take the Bloodline down.

@KDB349 I feel like they had a conversation off-screen. Woods probably convinced Kofi that it wasn't their fault, but it was E's. They knew he'd show up at the anniversary, so they used that to justify what they're about to do going forward.

Last night was a fantastic RAW. Sami, Punk, and Seth killed it with that opening promo, with a lot of building of the future plus great callbacks of the past. Dakota Kai got a big win and feels like she's one of the favorites to win the Women's IC title. Dom looked good against Gunther and we now set up a massive card or Saturday Night Main Event. The New Day stuff was so good. While it wasn't a full break-up it was very impactful and emotional. Big props to all 3 men. I didn't expect them to turn on Big E, removing him from the group and turning heel. I still want to see Kofi and Xavier go their own ways, but this still compiling. I hope Big E is cleared, shows up at the Rumble, and takes out both Xavier and Kofi. Sami vs Seth was a fun match, but it had a flat finish being we just saw a roll-up finish with R-Truth and Pete Dunne, still, they made up for it with the return of DM Hunk himself, Drew.

When Raw goes to Netflix next month, it's not guaranteed to be 3 hours for every single episode since the show will be on a streaming service that isn't that strict with runtimes as cable tv is. Triple H will have Raw be whatever length he feels it should be in order to a make a great show and that could be anywhere between 2-3 hrs. The Raw episodes will not have the same time lengths and will vary from week to week. Going to Netflix also means Raw won't have those awkward cutoffs at the end of the show like what happens sometimes currently on USA since it has to be off air right at 10 ET/9CT no matter what.

This was a water cooler RAW. I love that it wasn’t top heavy but every segment had purpose and intrigue, but didn’t give everything away all in one segment. It left you wanting more. Can’t wait for next week.

You could make the argument that, in lieu of PLEs in December and January, you have two PLE-caliber cards in Saturday Night's Main Event on December 14 and the RAW Debut on Netflix on January 6. Those two cards are effectively PLEs without being actual PLEs, but it's still rare to see no official PLEs between Survivor Series and Royal Rumble. With that said, that was one of the better Raw episodes of the year. I know Seth Rollins alluded to his past history with Sami Zayn, but thanks for explaining it for those of us who've been semi-casual wrestling fans who were unfamiliar with that part of the story at 3:54. And you're spot on about Maxwell Jagoff Fraudman... the dude is so stale, he's nothing more than an AEW version of The Miz (only with less charisma).

If it's revealed that Drew McIntyre who jumped Jey Uso, then that was one hell of a swerve by WWE. The entire Punk-Seth-Sami-Drew dynamic has some potential to outdo Drew-Punk, and that's saying something. And that was amazing "heel-ish" tactics by Seth to steal a win over Sami in the main event. It was refreshing to see a main event finish with something other than a spot-fest or (gasp) a DQ; good old fashioned psyching out the opponent.

So I'm clearly in the minority but I didn't like that new day segment at all. If it feels like a swerve just for the sake of it. I would have greatly preferred Woods just going heel solo and then having feud with Kofi. I mean I felt bad for Big E but eh... Also I feel like it's more likely that Dominik is turning face. He was even getting cheered last night. Dominik never gets cheered. And honestly? I prefer 3 hours compared to 2.

I think the feud between Drew and Sami and Jey will be temporary. I think the end goal is Drew vs Solo. There is established beef between the two from clash at the castle 2022 where Solo made his main roster debut screwing Drew over.
