I have vibe audio black death 12", 10", and 6" mids in my little van in the UK , they are extremely loud!! often a bit too loud for my poor ears! quality is extremely good, they can take a pasting without any distortion.

But I really wanted to know how to wire 8 8” 4ohm mids (4 mids per front door) I’m just figuring out a way to use a single channel amp to wire all 8 speakers together without the hassle of too many speaker wires. note they are 400rms each mid at 4ohms. Exo Whats the secret to getting pro audio mids to NOT sound like they are in a bucket? I have a pair of 8" distinct audio mids and around 200w to feed them.. But even paired with 4 DS18 black diamond tweets It sounds SO SO STRANGE

You need some slightly smaller (5.25/6/6.5) speakers to take up a bit of the higher mid. You want your tweeter, mid, and midbass to have a slight blend in the crossover also. If it sounds like it's in a bucket, it could be that it's taking on too many frequencies and is getting muddied.

It seems like they just aren't sounding right at all! Those 10s should be playing from 63hz up to around 210hz-- at the highest, and the 6 1/2s should be playing at around 180hz-350hz. Would you possibly know what freqs they were playing at in the video?!?! I'm just curious to be honest....🤓🤓🤓
