Nice collection!! I currently own 6 snares. 1 pdp Chad Smith acrylic. 2 pdp maple shell, maple hoops. 3 dixon piccolo maple. 4 scroll badge 64 Rogers powertone. Steel I think. 5 yamaha stage custom birch. 6 custom made Badger acrylic from a Ludwig vistalite solid black.

For me : Pork Pie Platina of course the winner for the looks but the DW acrylic must be the best sound, so focus and dry, easy to tuned into any genre, waiting for part 2 😁

Thanks for the tour. You have a great collection. I have a Ddrum reflex kit that is the same finish as your snare. Sizes are 26, 14, 16 and 18. I could never find a matching snare. If you decide you want to sell yours, or buy mine to have the matching set, I’m sure we could work something out.

Not a single dynasonic or phonic? Why’s that? I have a 1970d 14-5 dynasonic custom made badge I recently got a slingerland gene Krupa cob snare 14-5.5 I think not positive And then I have a cos 1940s Kent snare single tension and sounds killer The rest of my snares are just random mahogany poplar and birch shells that I’ve built over the years and I also got a 15-12 round badge blue sparkle and a gold sparkle 15-12 slingerland both are made in the 60s and I’m about to buy a super sensitive or phonic not sure yet! Anyways great collection man definitely jealous of the pearls you got
