i have to be honest that does not look like it wants to fly in high alpha and when the wing dropped at 00:25 I thought it was done for I still want to buy one of these because they look like a lot of fun

how far foreward do you have the battery for hovering?

I always fly all planes neutral CG. It was right in the middle of the strap.

For general flying, if you want a small plane yes. If you want to do 3D, it is not the easiest or most stable to 3D mostly due to the size, so small. But definitely capable and stable and easy for aerobatics.

Just bought a new UMX timber X. Trying to set up flaperons, one flaperon goes up and one goes down. I tried reversing one of the servos, but did not help. I have a spectrum DX 6E transmitter.  Anyone ever come across this issue with flaperons and how do you solve it?

I would contact support. I think that programming should be built into the receiver not the radio.
