I love it that Japan has such cute no pierce earrings, as I don't have my ears pierced. Only there I can find nice earrings. I remember like 10 years ago and longer you could hard;y find pierce earrings. Nowadays I always have to look carefully when looking at earrings so i don't buy the pierce ones. I always have sausages in the freezer. So handy to have on hand. I love to make a simple rice dish (usual with long grain rice instead of the short grain typical in Japan): fry onion, garlic and sausage, add rice and chicken bouiilon powder. add water as much needed for the rice and cook with the lid on. I love to add some parsley (which is great to grow as a herb on a balcony). you can serve so many side dishes with this. I never though of adding fresh fruits to hot tea. I'm going to try that, but with green tea as I don't drink black tea. Perhaps my daughter will like it as a treat after school.

Hiya my lovely lady Linna. This video was one of my faves. All that cooking my mouth was salivating as you was making your fantastic dishes. Wow I could taste it the longer you went on.😊 I hope you are all well and happy. I feel Spring is round the corner but it is really cold here too. I made potatoes and leeks soup the other day we definitely need something to keep us warm. Dya know I knew what pair of earrings you were going to pick, I would have picked the same pair, they were gourgeous. I have to go back to the Doctors this week and I am not looking forward to it but I must go. I have been crying so much I cant wait to get myself sorted. I am thinking its my hormones but I just dont know. I'll tell you what hasn't helped though. Lately we have had tons of rain, so much every single day. Well remember when I got my kitchen last year and how pleased I was. Well Gary knows I haven't been well so he didn't want to tell me at first but he had no choice. He called me to the kitchen and said " Teresa look at this" I'm looking round couldn't see anything, so I'm saying what what really worried. Then I stepped into the biggest puddle you can imagine. You could bathe in it, it was that huge. The roof was leaking not just a little it was bad. We got buckets and sheets and had to keep emptying all day and then it stopped. The damage was already done. Huge cracks in the ceiling,so that was.one thing. Then the double glazing door would not close, then "are you ready for this", my kitchen sink was leaking. I swear to GOD its all true. 3 awful things in half an hour. I was crying hysterically. It was so hard to cope with all at once. Who has this bad luck all on the same day. ME. Anyway we phoned the guy who put th kitchen in and he is busy and that he couldn't get on the extension because of all the rain, and we would have to wait till the rain stopped. Well it was sunny for one day which was a Saturday morning, but he doesn't work weekends. Well I was like this pure mad.woman and still am a bit. I think they say their tradesmen but they are just odd job men. That really took all my energy. I really wanted to throw something at them. Gary is saying "calm down calm down" I just went for a walk. Let him deal with them. So that must have really depressed you and I am sorry friend. It is what it is. We just have to make do till he can sort it. As I am writing this I am thinking no one will believe me. Its just to much. Gary said that so long it gets sorted in the end. I never said a word. 😢 So my friend thats what has taken up my time lately. I'm a bit better now but only just. Lol Lol. I drop you another letter real soon.
