Recipe:
Onion - 1 pc.
Cut the onion.
Minced meat - 700
Dill / Coriander
Egg - 1 pc.
Oregano - 1 tsp
Mix well.
Salt - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Cheese - 150 g
Pepper - to taste
Leave ground beef in the freezer for 2 hours
Egg - 2 pcs
Milk - 150 ml
Flour - 100 g
vegetable oil for frying.
Fry 4 minutes on each side
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes

My guess is so that the onions mix well with the rest of mixture. Much like if you were to run garlic through a garlic press (which might not be a bad idea for this recipe, too). Ok, now that I've watched the rest of the video, I agree with you that this is one to make now for dinner (say maybe 3 or 4 pieces) and then freeze some and refrigerate some (as in dinner tomorrow).
