Sweet tooth is one of my favorite shows to date, you get so attached to the main characters/protagonist that when they’re hurting you’re hurting to, and when a character you grow to like dies, a part of you dies with them, (until you forget) it’s truly an amazing show and you have to experience it yourself.

I'm pretty sure theres a team of people who do that and he reads a script. It's why a lot of these have some English mistakes. I'd guess the channel was originally started by someone with a heavy accent who used a text-to-speech program, and due to youtube clamping down on that they started hiring Narrators.
