Anyway if you're looking for an exhaust I'd highly recommend checking out Scorpion's options. Since shooting this video I've spent a lot of time with mine de-baffled and my god it sounds amazing :)

I installed the Scorpion exhaust on my FJ-09 aka MT09 Tracer. Scorpion did a fantastic job fabricating the pipe. It was a perfect fit. Oh, it it sounds great too 👍

MT09 definitely sounds better :) The Triple is a great engine. They really did do an excellent job. Excellent fit and overall quality I think!

I would use the term "over-engineered" to describe that stock exhaust. Tricky little fecker to remove. Noticeable improvement in sound though. And it looks miles better.

Agreed!! Tricky is the word, nothing difficult just fiddly which is always the killer :D Oh man wait until you hear it de-baffled, it's amazing and I'm ......overjoyed?.....at the looks. Reaaaallly happy with how the stainless steel look fits in. I'll be polishing my pipes all the time now tho yano.

Hey mate. Just followed this video to fit the same exhaust. All is good except I’ve noticed the two cans are extremely tight fit against the rear sub frame and the left one is actually rubbing against it. Can you remember if you’re was the same ? Thanks

No mine definitely weren't rubbing on the frame, I did a bit of pulling and dragging to get them lined up fully alright so maybe just loosen off everything a pinch and try re orientate it?

Ah any gap at all should be fine they don't move much once they're mounted. If you're still having trouble grab some high temp foam and stick it between them.and that'll sort it :) It does indeed! No bother :)

Nice bike mate. Thinking of doing the same to mine. Mine is factory with Cat still installed. Is it as simple as me just doing what you did or more difficult seen as iv still got the Cat. I'm from Dublin by the way 😎👍

Thanks bud :) It'll be the exact same just watch for the seal that could he ok the lower header at the cat pipe, you might have to cut it off. Other than that the same job :) Ah class we can have a scorpion off at some point!

Pretty much if you want to, the stock link pipe with the cat will also fit fine.

You could if you got some custom pipes made up.

@@garystevens4303 yes, I looked in to it and it's possible with a link pipe of the right size, you'd 100% need a remap if you went 4-1 too. Oh yeah you could definitely fit those on once you got the right size link pipe made up!! Very doable you'd just need a bit of custom fabrication to suit.

If you mean by the headers it's straight forward enough just make sure you use a lot of releasing spray because those headers bolts are a nightmare to open.

Ahhh I thought you had an A2 30bhp kit on it or somthing. I'm sorry to tell you that's the max an FZ6 is capable of. They're actually limited form factory to 200kmh so someone has likely already derestricted it to go to 220kmh. If you want to go faster buy an r6 I'd say

Aside from expensive modifications not really. If you really want to go faster on a 600 you'd be better getting a super sports. Its a detuned engine for more touring than anything else.
