Love this model, we plan on downsizing soon but not brave enough for a tiny home. Single wides seem to be the perfect size for us.

I love this home! It corrects many of the issues I have with single wides generally. It doesn't have the long dark hallway, and I love the dedicated space for the table and chairs. Also the tub and shower separately in the master bedroom. Very nice tour, Chance.

Thanks for doing a singlewide! They’re my favorite things. They’re very ingenious on how they use space in them! Really liked this home Beautiful tub in the master and I love how it’s got a dining room.

125K for a singlewide that still have batten strips, is crazy?!! For that price, I would rather find a double wide in that exact same price range!!!

Very nice floor plan. Love the counter space in kitchen. Not found much in SW. Love separate dining. Wouldn't want sliding doors on my cabinets. I'm really done with the sliding doors in anything. I'd prefer a pocket door over a sliding door any day. Overall, very nice. Price is a little steep for a SW. Maybe for the Deer Valley Mossy Oak, but not this one. Loved your selection and your, though. Thank you, Chance.

I love this one. A single wide with a tub and shower is always a win for me. I really liked that it was partly drywall. I imagine that has to be more cost-effective, and that way, you get the look where it's important. Great tour, Chance. 💜

I agree with @demastus1 that this would be great as a 2 bedroom with a larger living room. I love your tours, especially single wide homes but miss you opening a cabinet or two in the kitchen, especially for what would serve as a "pantry" area. Hope you go back to that. The kitchen island does serve a practical purpose but not for seating for a senior couple whose days of climbing onto stools are over. So, the dining area is a big plus. I do love the look of the sliding door but am old school and feel it eats up too much wall real estate where a narrow corner cabinet would be a great storage addition to that space. Just some thoughts. Thanks for this tour and many others. Wishing you and your family all the best.

Hate the little barn doors in the kitchen. I'd rather see a cupboard door or leave it open. For a single wide an amazing amount of drawers. A really decent kitchen for a single wide or even a double wide. I like the vents in the ceiling instead of being in the middle of the floor to get walked on and ultimately destroyed. Nice that the furnace and the hot water heater are accessed from the laundry room. I would much rather see a pocket door between the dining room and laundry room. Wonder how much more that would cost compared to barn doors? I could live in this house (without those barn doors) all things considered the price isn't too bad either. Perfect home for a single or retired folks, or a young couple just starting out. I also wouldn't mind this as a 2 bedroom. But with all the kids out of the house, I would like to have a bedroom for them when they come to visit. This house with a great kitchen, all appliances except a microwave, the dining room checks the things I am looking for in a house. I would go without the tub in the master bedroom. I can no longer get up from taking a bath, just like if I sit on the floor I can't get back up. Last time I ended up on the floor, it cost over $400 for the ambulance crew to help me up. I need a sewing/craft room. This is one of the better single wide plans I have seen.

Imagine if you had claustrophia and tried to use that potty in a closet. It makes me uncomfortable just looking at it. I really like the separate dining room.

I like it! But... I have no need for a big bathtub... don't know why they still do this, but I really don't know anyone who takes a bath anymore. I would have them create a padded bench and some shelving right there.

An essentially “iffy” floor plan at best otherwise it’s just “ho-hum” 2BR on one end MBR on the other with main living are in between - pretty ordinary as SWs go, I don’t think in my entire lifetime have I seen a dining room open into the master bedroom! WTH came up with that genius idea, why not just eat in bed and use the dining area for a… well, better organized main living area design? The dining table & chairs stand in the middle of the path to the BR, as does the island sit in the middle of the kitchen work triangle - others have done a far superior job of organizing this galley type layout that works. Also, agree with comments re the batten/panel walls - it’s that DIY rec room/garage/basement look of the 60’s - although nothing particularly wrong with what I assume is the vinyl laminate covering. You’d think at this juncture in the history for improving drywall products/features someone would have developed a shiplap seam that would not need a batten to cover the joint and eliminate the glaringly conspicuous announcement that screams trailer house - yes, it helps keep the cost down… BUT, at $125k this is a PRICEY house with a cool looking LR wall. One thing else, isn’t everyone sick of entering directly into a LR without having a privacy/windbreak wall with a key drop/parcel table, shoe tray and coat closet for practical purposes… as well as being a visual feature defining the homes spaces giving it an upscale look?

Single wides were once an affordable way to buy a home. Not any more. My first two mobile homes also came completely furnished and the price was much less. More like a car payment. Who can afford Lot rent these days. It is generally over $500/ month up here. Not econimical anymore. This is why so many people are saving up and buying used homes. Pay cash for it, the they can afford the lot rent.

Very tired of seeing sliding barn doors, this busy gray vinyl flooring, & ugly black faucets. (Which will likely show calcium & water treatment chemicals like mad.) Aside from these things - this is a beautiful & functional home. I esp like the dining/flex space. This is a mobile home I'd buy, as long as I could swap out the 3 noted decor details. Mobile home mfrs have pushed "farmhouse" as far as it can go, imo - please stop. Other than this - love the layout :)
