@@KristinStepp it's so good! Try like 1/4 of the block of cream cheese first...and if you think it needs more add more. I normally for my family of 6..I cook about 8 normal size russets potatoes..I will normally use about 1/2 8oz block of cream cheese. Some people put the entire thing in there...but it's a little toooo much for me. Lol (but every is different) also set the cream cheese out to let it soften (or soften it in microwave). It will stir in easier.

Have you ever tried "Ken's Steakhouse" ranch? I'm a ranch fanatic and love Litehouse and think it's the most homemade tasting, but it has a fairly strong vegetable flavor that I don't think goes well with things that ranch doesn't really "need" to be on like Pizza and Ken's is by far my favorite all round ranch.

GURL...No cheese judgement here. I recently went to Wisconsin with my husband and there's a place there called The Mars Cheese Castle. It's legitimately the Disney World of cheese. We went to Wal Mart to buy 3 igloo coolers, filled them with ice, and proceeded to buy over $400.00 in cheese to drive back to Alabama. You're one of my FAVORITE WFD Channels! As much as you love garlic, you need to get some Lipton Garlic and Herb Soup mix. I have a hard time finding it, so I order it from Amazon. Mix a packet with olive oil and lemon juice to marinate chicken in then either bake or grill it. Or mix a packet with olive oil and toss that with cut up red potatoes, leave skin on. Bake at 375 in a single layer on a cookie sheet- SOOO good!

For the Shepherds pie (which is technically a cottage pie beause you used beef... a shepherds pie is with lamb mince 😜) if you let the mashed potatoes and meat mixture each cool right down until they are barely warm and then assemble it... it won't mush together in the cooking process. Or it works if you assemble ahead of time and then cook it when it's gone cold 😊 A firmer mashed potato is another tip. Loved the video though... I'm hoping we can get the mild buffalo sauce in the UK 😍
