Shinji’s bankai fits into his theme of everything being in reverse. Ironically, his shikai is more useful against strong 1v1 opponents than his bankai.

Uryu can also fight Ichigo. But that fight won't get finished so maybe not. Also we read about that female Quincy with Haschwalth in the novels. She helped the remaining female sternritters who were alive after the war. Liltotto, Giselle, zombie Bambietta etc.

My speculation is, Its Hisagi, In the manga there were some chapters, there was a Hisagi flashback of him being told to learn his bankai. They did nothing with it after, so they'll just show it in the anime now.

I'm excited for the additional fights as well, but one I really want to see more of is Grimmjow. Yes, he goes against Askin, but it doesn't really last long to really qualify as a fight. So, if an extra fight happens with him, I see it being he and Nel rescuing Harribel. Because, they do rescue her, but it was never shown in the manga. So, maybe they go against one of the Sternritter while saving her or something like that. I don't see it happening in the 2nd cour, but I do see that being a added fight.

I'm hoping for Ganju and the Fullbringers to be the new fight. Kukaku said they were all training, specifically Ganju, and all we see after them leaving to help fight was Tsukishima helping Ichigo and Orihime restoring Zangetsu. That was so much later though. So what else were they doing unless I'm forgetting something with them. I mean, best girl Riruka and Yukio did more from what I remember.

A fight for Shinji or a extended battle between Ichigo and Uryu to end the season are what I would bet on. I would really like to see them adapt the Revive of Tomorrow novel, thought that might be in season 3 or they could animate that as a OVA.

i dont get it because theres a line of ichigo and uryu talking to each other which happens around chapter 615??? wouldnt be that in cour 3? theres no way cour 2 can reach yhwach absorbing the soul king

@@Raifyiix It's possible, cour 1 went over 480-542 (62). I can see cour 2 going up to 587 (44) (Yhwach goes to the Soul Palace), 614 (71) (Yhwach/Ichigo kills the Soul King) or 620 (77) (Yhwach absorbs the Soul King). An Ichigo vs Uryu fight can happen right before Yhwach goes to the Soul Palace, up to 587 is too short, but the anime could expand on stuff to make up. Up to 614 fits the best lengthwise, but it would cut off right at the climax. Up to 620 is a bit long, but not crazy long and it honestly fits the best plotwise. With option B or C cour 3 would go up from 615 (71) or 621 (65), both fit well in length. With option A you probably need cour 3 to go up to around 628 (40) (Ichigo goes back to the Soul Palace now the Wahrwelt) and also a cour 4 up to 686 (58). It kind of depends on if you think they'll add or trim a lot too. In cour 1 they didn't add much, but it seems they'll change more around from now. All that said I think a Kira fight seems the most likely, since he doesn't do much at all, but Kubo still did his reveal late in the arc anyways.

Personally for me, I would want to see Meninas and Liltotto get more screen time and a proper fight with a shinigami. Cause they’re the only two of the Bambi squad that got less screen time in the manga. Giselle got the most screen time out of the female Quincies. I hope that Candice’s lightning based ability for the anime is done justice. Same goes for both Meninas & Liltotto’s abilities as well. Cause to be perfectly honest, I want to see more of Meninas & Liltotto, given to the fact that they’re my favorites out of the Bambi squad. And I love all 5 of them as a whole. By the way Tekking, you’re not the only one who’s a Meninas fan, and Askin of course.

If I'm not mistaken I think Kubo in a past interview did say he wanted to do a little more with them or give them an extra fight so I think they could get a fight. Not to mention Candice with probably get her fight with Byakuya extended or at least I hope it does.

so before watching the video im fairly certain its going to be ichigo vs uryu. it doesnt fuck with the story to have them scrap, ichigo needs more fights in the tybw and uryu definitely needs more fights in this arc. It is really ambiguous how strong uryu is and how his abilities outside his schrift have changed since even the lost agent arc, we barely get to see what he can do and ichigo is ungodly strong at this point that hes kind of the perfect match up for uryu, they wont be trying to kill eachother but uryu has to put on a convincing act so he could throw some of his weight around. it also serves to place him strength wise before his very one sided fight with haschwalth. Just a thought.

Just thought of something, what if when Ginjo, Ganju, Tsukishima, Giriko break in to the “transformed” seretei (something we’ve never seen) they meet up with Shunsui Ukirake, allowing a brief interaction between Ginjo and Ukitake, or maybe a fight where they are the ones who go up against some Sternritters? It’s a stretch, but that is something I would love to see.

Interestingly enough, Kira does get a fight, just not in the manga. In the bleach fan book 13 blades there is a short story in the book called Bleach: Beginning of the Revive of Tomorrow by the same author who made can't fear your own world. The basic summary is that Shaz Domino, the random sternritter that ichigo one-shots, is attacking central 46 and Kira stops him. I think they could just adapt this just to give Kira something to do

My guess cour 2 is gonna end at chapter 587 which gives us 44 chapters, enough time to flesh out battles and extra new content. If we go for chapter 611 then I feel its gonna be a bit rushed (68 chapters) considering there are a lot of stuff happening and if kubo have decided to put in an extra battle on top we wont have much time spent on different characters and lore bits. I can see cour 3 covering the soul palace invasion, flashbacks and the start of chapter 628 or find a point in wahrwelt to tie up with the last cour which is gonna focus mainly on the ending and the last chapters (here we will see most changes from the manga).

(headcanon nonsense) Right after defeating sternreiter F rukia fights sternreiter N the negative. Mr.Negative's ability inverts your powers, strength becomes weakness, weakness become strength and.. ice becomes fire. Just like the J it's permanent, he has to deactivate it. Against most enemies the negative would kick their ass, but with rukia it would make her stronger "Basically into Old man Yama". I'd love to say he then changes sides and Powers up rukia right b4 dying but they definitely wouldn't change that much lol. So he explains she is a terrible match up for his power right before getting nuked into a Colonel Sanders skeleton.

I think Matsumoto v cang du could be interesting. Cang du is really the one of the OG bankai stealers who doesn't do much since bazz b takes more of his fight. The live together die together quote he had was dope and Matsumoto basically disappeared after this besides as a zombie. The quote could also have a flashback of her thinking about gin as she's bleeding out really contrasting the difference in how toshiro and gin affected her life.

I'd say Hisagi is more the Krillin of Bleach and Kira is the Yamcha. It's just like the saiyan saga for them in the TYBW. Kira shows up, gets folded, and suffers going forwards. Almost exactly like Yamcha does against the saibamen. At least Hisagi gets to do some stuff although we haven't been shown it so far lol

I believe that the anime only fight will take place in Karakura Town, and it will be the vizards that stayed on earth and Tessai vs 2 of Gremmy's other creations. The fight will most likely lead to Shunsui making the save and transitioning to Shunsui meeting Ichigo's friends to have that comvo with them and recruit the vizards to help Urahara. Leading to them to also recruiting the surviving Fullbring members.

Imagine if Isane has an entire Arc where she’s realize how useless she is, not being as strong a fighter as Unohana and probably being a lesser healer, and later Mayuri just comes in with his healing pods to cement the idea. And afterwards she decides to start trading in both aspects after the war, and she still keep her meek personality. Good thing Kubo has hardly used her since the war so we don’t know how strong her and Iba are.
