The problem I had with the original version was that it oxidized badly on me. Kind of defeating the purpose of “true match,” haha. I wonder if the new version will do it too?

Thanks for the video. I also bought a plump for the old bottle model one. I am happy it is in a new format. This is my go to foundation to use in combination with my a little bit too dark foundation. I use it as mixer in shade C1. Thank you for the review.

I had the original version and I loved it except for the alcohol and strong smell of it. But yay!!! New formula no alcohol!!! Love that tfs

I'm thrilled the colors are the same as the old version. It was the only line that had a perfect match for my skintone. Hopefully if this has SPF it's mineral like the old version.

The new version supposedly doesn't have the SPF protection in it anymore.

The shades from old formula are still there but not labeled as the same shades they were before because they added lighter shades, which I like. I was N1 in the old formula and in the new one that shade is labeled as N2

Hi, could you please confirm the old and new vesion of W3 have the same color? looking online it seems the color is different, i am based in Europe so have to import it and can't really try and check in-store

Do u find that new one is a satin finish (without powder) ? I need satin for my mature (52 yo) combo oily skin. I like that its w/o alcohol.

I’ve been using the old version for many many years and I love it and I’m bothered as to why they had to revamp it. I bought the new version same shade - c5 -that I always use And as soon as I squirted it out, I could see it’s watery and it does not cover my skin as nice as the original does. It’s too watery!!!!

I never knew that the old formula had alcohol in it. I suppose they put it in for evaporation purposes so that the foundation sets faster, rather than mattifying effect.

I'm also really disappointed that they took out the spf. That alone is making me rethink staying with Loreal.

I honesty do not like the new formulation. It is sort of dry. Not satin at all. I miss the fagnance too.. i won't repurchase it.
