How bout the individual pixel sizes in the sensor? - how does it compare to the sensor of xd1 ? Cmos?? Images from Hasselblad x1d still seem to have better tonal range specially on skin

Sir, does having 16 bit RAW vs 14 bit RAW makes any visual difference in the quality of final image? Because there is no perceivable difference in 14-bit vs 12-bit as demonstrated by many photographers around the world. The noise overcomes all the advantages of the new features. Even we need high end computer to process the giant RAW files. Do we have such high resolution lens technology which will resolve this high megapixel full frame camera?

Would definitely love to own this camera. I now have the Nikon d500,810 and 850 . Shooting live music photography and videography. Also macro, nature and some landscape. This camera would work into my “look” so well for sure . There is a different look you get from different sized sensors even with the same equivalent focal length and dov. I like that larger sensor look for certain focal lenghts.

Its always worth investing on cameras & gears if photography is ur profession..in that case... its more about ur priority & nothing can be too expensive.. For rest all like me who pursue photography as hobby, Im more then happy with my pre owned canon M50 which i paired with EF lenses equiped with IS via speedbooster.. Reason behind doing that is.. i may upgrade to fullframe eos R in coming few years & thus can use those EF lenses with it😊🙌

I was wondering why you were using the electronic shutter. It is really only needed when you are in close proximity to live subjects and you want to be discreet and there is no noise from the shutter tripping.

Not exactly. This is slightly different from SILENT Shooting which was avaialble in DSLR cameras for the purpose you mentioned. SILENT shooting mode don't offer your higher speeds than 1/8000. But Electronic shutters not only offer you shutter speeds up to 1/32000, they also help you reduce vibrations drastically. Trade off is that you can't shoot moving objects. In the video I have explained why. 👍

Right, I understood that, you even mention that in the video, but I was wondering why you would need the electronic shutter with the conditions such as they were: daylight and a stationary subject (one big pickup truck). If it was too bright you need stop down. An ND filter works well if you have one too. 😊

If you can, please get a GFX100, Pick a Subject and shoot it handheld in Manual Shutter mode with IBIS on, Electronic Shutter with IBIS on, on a Tripod with IBIS off (important) and compare the results. Does image down sampling from higher Megapixel to lower megapixels in post reduces the noise and improves the overall look of the image? For that matter, down sampling from 24 MP to 16 versus 42 to 16 or 100 MP to 16 MP shows up any difference on the end result? Anyone having idea about this, may guide me...
