Great series, plenty of replacement parts. OLF is the kind of neighbor we all need, helping a friend for last season mulch hay to repair his discbine. Cheers OLF!

I am in the middle of changing out the bearings on the crimper roller on our 20 year old John Deere 935 MoCo. I am at a point to where I think I can work on it in my sleep. We have used it every year to cut about 300 - 400 acres of Coastal Bermuda in North Central Texas. We have partially retired the 935 over the last 2 years and have used it to cut approximately 175 acres of Sudan that we round bale. We purchased a Krone 3200 Easy Cut. I really like the easy blade changing system but from time to time when you hit a rock it may throw the blade out from under the machine. I have had a knife go through one of the tires on the cutter and puncture it. I cant wait to see the rest of this video series and your videos for the new hay season. Keep up the hard work and the awesome videos!

Love the sound of that skid steer. Its always great to have spares on hand. And keeping old used parts for emergency repairs. 9 times, out of 10 machinery breaks down when spare parts shops ate closed. Just a matter of keeping down time to a minimum.

Hey bud, definitely enjoyed this series on the 1411. Any chance you could dive in to the gear box and clutch assembly for this machine? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Keep up the good work

I totally understand your organization system If got just as much stuff in a similar shed It's pretty simple Have a 1/2 decent memory Remembering where you put stuff is a pretty important life skill Much simpler than trying to devise and organize a category system As an aprentic I was tasked with organizing a parts room for an earth moving company Took me nearly 2 years doing it while the workshop was quite, some 40'000 parts from engines to orings Everything was organized onto pallet racking with a reference number in w computer system It simply never worked nearly as well as the storeman of 30 yrs memory "Ay Wayne you got an oring for a wheel end" yea its in that box on the second two bays along" Am well and good but he was retiring and the whole system would fall apart without that one key persons memory

Why do you use them funky looking tires over in the US is there any particular benefit from the usual tire we use over here because they don't look like they would grip as much but maybe I'm wrong?

Had some mushrooms last couple of days .....Not sure if you had a hand in growing them ,,,Sure were good ......What do the mushroom farms do in the fall /winter when no hay is being cut and coming in to their facility ?
@MyHMMWVaddiction6 жыл бұрын
Kevin G ,Wes cuts and bails enough hay to make one or two trips to the mushroom barn per day . I think 🤔. He has it stored in vairus locations . It's also tarped to keep it at a good moisture level.

I need 4 modules 5 shafts because they are worn. and a dozen tie bolts. not sure yet how I'm going to tighten them. book says 50 foot pounds and then one complete turn.... this is my first time doing it on the 1431. looks like you've done this a few times. lol
