It's true, but same with fringe, bolt, titan, and many other companies. Rep does their own engineering, but their products are manufactured in the same Chinese shops. That doesn't mean Vesta's product is bad, it's just derivative. Not a 300% markup, though. I actually just bought the 2 in 1 with 200 pound stacks for 2k on black Friday. The baba price was 800 bulk before shipping. If they handle the importing, tariffs, and shipping, their margins aren't great.
