Would have everything IF There was a tub in the master. Doesn't anyone enjoy bubble baths or sneaking in a tub anymore? And for that price there should be more en suits bedrooms

Rosie Duarte Hi. There are many structural options for this home. Toll brothers also does customizations. We are building this home and made the 3rd bedroom a suite (the bathroom is enclosed). The master bath has an option to include a tub but that changes the configuration of the bathroom and walk in closet. We also deleted bedroom number 4 for extra space. For a theatre and pool table. The options on this home are endless. We looked at this Home for 1.5 years and decided to build it earlier this month. There are endless configurations for most of the toll brother series at lakeshore estates.

SOMETIMES you can get a model home like this with the furniture, especially at this price point... but it is not listed WITH the furniture. That is generally a point of negotiation (which is why it definitely helps to have a buyer agent) :)
