Yes, Honda should make a variety of Groms. Not everyone has the skills to turn a stock Grom in to a dirt bike or a café racer, or anything in between.

Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking that! If Honda isn't going to build different styles of the Grom then I think American Honda should at least start selling the OEM H2C accessories from Honda overseas. They offer bolt-on kits where you can turn it into (styling wise) a Scrambler, Motard, Adventure bike and more. Plus the upside to those body kits is that anyone can install them in an hour, with a simple allen wrench and a screw driver. Plus they're made by Honda so the fitment is spot on, unlike a lot of aftermarket body panels out there these days. Appreciate ya watching and jumping in the conversation bud ;)

They do. Monkey, Trail 125, Dax, Ruckus, Navi, XL150, etc. Even the crf110 if you want to convert it to street. We're actually pretty spoiled in terms of the variety we're given. I just wish dealers actually had them all in stock.

lol yeaaah buddy, it's WILD at just how many possibilities there are when it comes to modifying this platform! I know it's generic to say "the possibilities are endless" but... they really are! lol appreciate ya man, she's decent ;) Hate that I had to sell her before really taking it to the next level but I had to sell her and all of my other toys to keep the channel going. Here's to hoping it wasn't for nothing but just gotta keep grinding away!

While those single taillight conversions clean up the tail, they do nothing for safety on such a small bike. I really want people to see where I'm going and i think the OE lights do that decently well.

I have the 22’ Grom SP with Vance & Hines Hooligan exhaust with a welded O2 bung, aRacer Mini-X ECU and the aRacer AF2 O2 closed loop system. I have also installed the DHM stage II camshaft, Kitaco performance ignition coil, NGK cable, kitaco oil cooler, SMR 70% clutch springs, chimera spring plate, chimera cold air intake, kitaco rear suspension, BABYFACE Racing rearsets, renthal super street low handlebars, CUSTOM LED integrated tail light, MNNTHBX v3 fender eliminator, TST front and rear turn signals, Power Pure tires front and rear as well as a bunch of billet aluminum detail parts anodized red from Kitaco. I have spent more on upgrading/modding this bike than the cost of the bike itself. I LOVE the Grom. I think I will blow money on a front fork rebuild kit next. Out of my 5 bikes in the garage (all Hondas) the Grom sees the road more. It’s way easier to split lanes in Los Angeles on a Grom than a 01’ VT750DC (Honda Shadow).

LOL HOLY SMOKES! You've went ham on that thing nowadays bud and I love it! I wish we could post pictures here in the comment section... Do you have pics anywhere online? Love to check her out. Which fork kit are you thinking about going with? lol yessir - it's funny how that happens and it's the exact same thing I've told sooooo many people over the years with the Grom! If you own multiple bikes, I bet $$ you'll end up putting more miles on the Grom ripping around town while having more fun than you will on your bigger bikes and for most people - that holds true! I rode the Grom at a Motorcycle Safety Training Workshop- and I am in absolute love with it. Am so tempted to get one soon- but I recently bought a Bandit 1250S and the insurance is way too high to afford another bike, but maybe one year down the line.

I have the Leo Vince dual high mount exhaust and it looks and sounds amazing! Fit and finish were excellent.

Nice! I haven't gotten a chance to see one of those in person yet to really check it out or listen to it but from pictures / videos - it looks like an awesome setup and when it comes to bang for the buck, she's definitely hard to beat with some of these price tags on exhausts really getting out of hand these days. Especially when compared to what Grom exhausts cost back when the OG Grom was unveiled! Appreciate ya watching and sharing your thoughts on Grom exhausts too bud ;)

The sticker kit looks good in video, but i can understand how the different color red up close would be annoying lol. That said, I think its awesome that honda offers us the grom SP. A sport faired or retro grom would be awesome!

Yessir, with beer goggles on up close or gazing at her from a distance across the club - she looks money lol! In all seriousness though, I wish they'd offer the kit in a red that was a spot on match as I think it looks better on the red (if matching) than the black base that Honda shows it on. 100%! I love that Honda finally starting offering a slightly different variant with the SP back in 2022 for the first time but like you said, some other styles straight from Honda would be awesome! Or like I've said 1,000 times now lol, American Honda needs to bring over the OEM H2C Scrambler, Motard, Adventure etc body kits that people can easily throw on these things to create their own. If those were offered in dealers here in the states like they are overseas, it would be HUGE as most people don't even know how easy it is at the end of the day to turn a Grom into an entirely different style of bike. Now that the CFMoto Papio SS is out, I think that's real competition for Honda Grom fans. I would love something more like that from Honda; seating and handle bar position wise and the front wrap around cafe style body around the forks (not sure what that's called); plus it comes standard with ABS, USB port charging and other aesthetic things that cost extra on the Grom and a 6 speed transmission all while being cheaper than a Grom overall. Is CFMoto Papio's had the aftermarket scene that the Grom has, it would be way more intense value wise. Plus, it's hard to actually find a Papio SS to buy depending where you live in the U.S.. Honda could easily jump in.

I hear ya bud! It's blown my mind for years that Honda never hopped into that market as they could've sold a TON of them but thankfully the new Grom's belly pan will bolt on to the 2022+. It may take a bit of "massaging" to make it work on the OG / SF Groms but we'll have to wait and see what the mounting hardware looks like but I'd almost bet $$ that it'll work on them, with little to no work. I think they should make a dual sport Grom. Because a lot of the DS bikes are still too tall for people. Even the new XR150L is too tall for me.
