With Jamie, Emily, Enzo, Banksy, Addie and myself in tow, we had the most incredible time riding along the shoreline and soaking up the beauty of the beach.
Enzo handled the experience like a champ, and it was amazing to see him enjoy himself so much and to be so brave, bold & confident in such an open space.

What I truly miss is the sense of camaraderie. As a retired horsewoman managing chronic osteoarthritis, I still find joy in the company of my beloved mare, who grazes in the field beside my home. Now 24 years old, she was once an extraordinary eventer, a true marvel in her prime. Her daughter, currently out on loan, carries on her legacy. Each day, my mare and I enjoy tranquil walks together. She ambles along on a loose rein while the dogs meander around us, creating a peaceful rhythm to our days. I’ve found contentment in this chapter of my life. What an awesome boy is Enzo! Love Banksy but adore Enzo! Enzo’s behavior is really super and his brain is so switched on to his Mummy and he listens and is so responsive to his Mum as well. His first beach ride was such a success for a young and inexperienced fellow. What an awesome boy he is!!! Tina, you should be so proud of him and yourself.. ❤😊 He is looking after you and himself and taking care of both of you! Looking forward to more trips to the beach with him and his friends!

Well how much fun was that???? You must be so chuffed with how he took in the new surroundings, even when getting close to the waters edge - definitely let you know he wasn't quite sure but didn't have a hissy fit either. Super special that Sir Banksy was there to join in the fun. Had a giggle at the end when you gave Enzo the opportunity to have a roll but he thought he was supposed to be lunge schooling 😊 he is just so polite and wanting to please - when you were cantering along the beach he was so fluid in his action - a joy to watch 🥰 Lovely to see Sir Banksy getting out for a beach blast too and Miss Addy expressing some of her opinions was a giggle. 2025 holds so much promise for your partnership with Mr Ferrari but taking time out to have fun outings together is also very important for mind, body & spirit. Another first ticked off the list - well done - proud of both of you 😍

I’ve been waiting for this vlog Tina. Enzo was so good first time out you did it girl well done. A few more times you then will be able to feel comfortable opening him out to full gallop so he gets a really good stretch. Banksy was brilliant plunging and dancing etc would love to have ridden him if I was one of the gang lol. Your friend rode him so well she sat very quietly best way remind her to bring her gloves next time. Addie was funny bucking she’s normally very good she obviously feels very well. Loved this and can’t wait to see your next trip to the beautiful Cornwall beaches.tfs🤗🏇🤗

Seems a bit pointless for the manufacturer to produce a lovely lorry made for two horses (heght and width of each half) but not suitable for 2 horses! This is not a criticism of you Tina....more an observation to equitrek!

@ yep but if you had one horse and a pony, it would be fine and the majority of the time I will only ever travel one horse as I often go places solo so wouldn’t take two horses xx

@LifeontheLeftRein it's a fabulous little lorry and would be great as a sharer for two friends. However, on average, two friends who are old enough to both have driving licences (and jobs where they can afford to buy this lovely lorry-it's not cheap!) would have horses of a similar size. It's a shame you and Emily can't travel together in it, especially living in Cornwall, where it's a long way to drive to training or competitions.

It’s never really worried me like that… we are both quite happy and independent with our own transport. Ems mare can get quite clingy if we travel them together so she often prefers to go separately anyway ☺️ I think anyone who needs to travel 2 big horses just needs to do their lorry license or tow a trailer. I’ve had this for almost 2 years and absolutely love it.

I stayed on, like you and banks, I knew him for 10 years at that point! He always brought the spice to our relationship! My mare, the 5 year old at the time, was lovingly referred to as my “trusty gelding” by our friends 😳😂😂
