Thanks for donating to the food bank for flood victims up here in Whatcom County! I spent half a day with lots of volunteers cleaning out a church basement food bank that flooded with 4 feet of water on the floor. Tons of food was ruined and had to be thrown away. When I got my Cricut Maker last year, it was an absolute game-changer! I label EVERYTHING! It makes things easy to find, but also easy for my husband and kids to know where to put things back when they’ve used them. My pantry labels are my favourite (so satisfying to look at, yet functional too). I’m currently using my Cricut to make Christmas decorations as teacher gifts, which has saved me a fortune. The gifts look expensive and “custom”, yet cost very little.

Looks so nice! We have this exact same pantry shelf, so yes those shelves are not the most stable. I found that a hot glue line along the edges and pegs helps keep the shelves from shifting. 😊

suggestion you may like and need; since your pantry / storage is in the laundry room...to protect the items from lint or dust etc and to make the room more visually appealing. place a curtain rod across the entire back wall (hunf from the ceiling for best suport for that large space) and hang up curtains for easy access to your items but keeps everything clean and looks very nice as well.

#premierefam I would make signs for every season/holiday to decorate my house if I owned a Cricut machine! I would also label literally everything so everyone knows where things go in the house, not just me because I was the one who organized it 😂 I would use words and pretty labels for the things that need to be labelled in the kitchen and bathrooms, and then fun picture labels for the kiddo spaces in the house so they can help put things back in the right spaces too! Which is the goal! Love your organizing Natalie!

Looks great!👍 I don’t know why, but I’m intimidated by making shelves, and I have wanted to make shelves for my boys’ bedroom for so long, but I move on to other things because there’s a lot to do in my house (plus, intimidation 🥴). I would love to incorporate more glass storage in the kitchen, but I’m afraid that, with my 4 kids, it would end up being a lot of broken glass. Any tips on how to make it work well with kids? #premierefam. One of the first things I'd label using a Cricut is some of the bins in the fridge. Ours is small and things only fit is certain spots. And it helps to refind things that should have logically only gone in one spot. I can't tell you how many times I've "lost" the ham slices for sandwiches, only to find it in the fruit drawer. 🤦‍♀️ It's it just me, or do ham slices logically only go in the deli/"meat and cheese" drawer, like it's been in since refrigerators were invented??? 🤔😂 (But, then again, maybe I'm a tad OCD 🤷‍♀️)

I store my paper towels in a spot that is harder to get to than the alternatives. The rags and cloths are much easier to grab. I primarily use paper towels for grease and to clean up broken glass.

My biggest suggestion is to just not buy them anymore! The stock we do keep is in a very hard to reach place for emergency or special situations only but in the kitchen when I need to dry my hands or clean up a spill the only available option right there at hand are my reusable options!
