@@pradeeppatel2049 our relationship with NIA is only Mediclaim Insurance. For one patient claim that outsourcing agency HITPA is converting entire family as patient. There is no proper coordination from NIA. Other than this we don't have any personal grudges. For one claim they have eaten away my two years cumulative Bonus.

Hello mam, Mera family flotter plan ha the new indi assurance ka. Lst 8-9 years se me me member hu but koi claim nahi kiya. Iss current year me mene June'23 month me 1claim liya hu. And meri wife ko baby girl hua hai in 8month of pregnancy surgery hua and baby ko mirror me for next 15-20 days ke liye rakha hai. Tonkya in tha situation mujhhe koi claim mil skta hai please suggest mam.

Good evening madam, I shall be obliged if you kindly share your experience and suggestion regarding the following problem. Sir, I hold a SBI general group health insurance policy for the last 4years having sum insured of Rs 5lakh for my mother (age 69years) and I have already got 90% of cashless hospitalisation claims two times due to urine infection. But the problem is, the said policy bears 1% & 2% of SI for room rent and ICU charges. It is very problematic to get a room in a standard hospital within this amount limit in a metro city like Kolkata. So I want to remove this limit by paying additional premium. Can I do it? a) can I port this policy to SBI general other products like arogya plus, SBI super health or supreme with keeping the seniority. b) or can I port it to other company? Hello jee, Answering your queries below: Since , its a group policy, you can't alter the features and make any changes. a) can I port this policy to SBI general other products like arogya plus, SBI super health or supreme with keeping the seniority. Yes, you should be able to migrate to retail products of SBI , please check with their customer support team. b) or can I port it to other company? No, group health insurance can't be ported to another company

Please correct it. Claim settlement ratio is approx 98% (~92% settlement is for first 3 months, ~4% settlement is for 3-6 months, ~2% settlement is for 6-12 months). They have some of the complex claims which casue delay in settlement.
