Small correction: at 4:30 it is stated that the resting membrane potential is "restored [by] diffusion and the sodium/potassium pump". Yes, the hyperpolarization below the resting potential is primarily due to the delayed closing of voltage-gated potassium channels, which allows an excess efflux of K+ ions. However, this mechanism is independent of the Na+/K+ pump. The Na+/K+ pump is crucial for maintaining the long-term ion concentration gradients across the membrane and thus the resting membrane potential, but it is not directly responsible for the transient hyperpolarization that occurs immediately after an action potential.

It's just that the statement is made as the inset graph shows the potential climbing back towards the resting potential, implying that this rise in potential is caused in part by the pump whereas it would happen anyway (due to closing of potassium channels) with the pump making an insignificant contribution at this time scale.
