That last slide ( 33:00 onwards) is an extremely strong argument. Because, in more chaotic positions, both players will usually score less accuracy. Firouzja and Grischuk enjoy more chaotic playstyles than everyone else here. Then, why the hell are they facing more accurate opponents in such positions?

So many factors in play.. Magnus and Hikaru are the best, therefore its harder to be accurate against them than the others. If one were to blunder more often than others, they would concede high accuracy games by opponent.

@@Ism0Lait3laexcept kramnik did not blunder he showed his average accuracy, it was 89, every 3rd peson he plays having 91+ accuracy against him is just not possible
@Thepuzzle0
@Thepuzzle0 2 күн бұрын
I dont agree. The higher the difference in level the lower the accuracy of the worse player is going to be. If i play against people of my rating i can score some games with over 90% accuracy because their mistakes are more obvious (if they blunder a full piece i can take it and its gonna be the best computer move). However if i play a better player their mistakes arent as obvious to me, because they are not hanging a piece on every move. So naturally im going to score a lower accuracy against a higher rated player. This is in line with the table that you are referring to. The highest rated players (magnus and hikaru) are facing less people of equal strength, so their opponents have a lower chance of a high accuracy game. The lower the blitz rating the more people of equal or greater strength exist and are playing against you. And as i explained earlier, if both players are of the same rating or the player in question is higher rated, a high accuracy score is more likely. This would explain why more people are scoring 90+ accuracy against kramnik than against carlsen. As far as i can see the table just shows the lower your rating at a top level the higher your opponents accuracy is going to be.

Hi Mr Kramnik. A tentative explanation for Danya scoring better results than you in Titled Tuesdays despite broadly similar (even slightly lower) quality of play (based on average CAPS): the time factor in 3+1 may play in favor of Danya, who may be able to flag opponents in equal or even inferior position, while it may play against you (despite the 1 second increment), due to mouse-moving skills. Don't you think that could be a reasonable explanation for the discrepancy in results despite broadly similar average CAPS?

naroditsky is a hack and always has been both in chess and within his character. you never seen him playing any real pros otb, is permanently online, and always plays lower rated players online (and apparently otb in the latest findings) to inflate his ridiculously unrepresentative online rating. the conclusion regarding him is that he has a lot of explaining to do but he never will because he can never do serious wrong in his own eyes. he would take offense to reading this comment too because he knows that he cherry picks what he does confess to and what he doesn't. his character is closer aligned to a liar than a frank and honest person. my conclusion from this new investigation series from you vladimir is that it is very much needed, so thank you, fide world champion vladimir. i hope that naroditsky comes out of this with at the minimum a confession that he has to work on how honestly he lives life in general so that he can eventually tackle the more serious issues that i mentioned
