Way too much money not to have real garages and access to a the beach. In addition, don't tell me that I can't make changes to the interior of the home ... I can understand the need for some uniformity on the exterior of the home (though a bit rigid) but not the inside. Besides, how will that be governed unless the HOA is inspecting the inside and at that point I have a problem with that.

The road leading to the community is very poor. The closet area is very dark maybe the lights weren't on but it's the 3 bedrooms for me :), it's beautiful and the house structure is lovely. Good idea with the designs 👌

The bedrooms are larger than they appear. the common living space is narrow, but you also have access to the roof top so there is plenty of outdoor living. They are all sold out.

Trust me. They real crazy . Those home are the size of my daddy concrete chicken coup. The Jamaican goverment and its housing department are really something, alloeing thse developers to be selling these houses for these outrageous prices. The average Jamaicans professionals cannot afford these prices. The average person must be able to buy food and purchase a home not rent. We foreigners run way left the country and its the suffers who stay and push the country along . Now Jamaica de pan front page the people them whey stay behind and built it must be able to live the true Jamaican dream.

This is a lovely property, and I don't say this often. It was tastefully done. Yeah, it could benefit from some more square footage but the price isn't bad for a resort area at all. Plus, when you add all of the common area amenities, it's really a steal.

Nice vid and walk-through. I really like the exterior design of this development. The inside dimensions are a bit on the small side though - or maybe our taste in furniture is out of proportion with current trends. They could've forgone some of the "community amenities" for bigger units but apart from that, it's definitely one to consider for an investment or returning residence.

Security is an issue for me since I would be closer to the local people since both my parents were born in Jamaica. I do not think the criminals bother white people, but people like me who is as black as it possible to get could be a target. I'm worried about security because one of my childhood neighbours in England was chopped to death in Jamaica.

The whole concept is beautiful! Currently looking for a home to buy in Jamaica but this is way too small for the asking price. Me and my two kids would literally annoy each other. Boy and a girl they need to some space to grow. Not to mention my husband and his music and studio ! The outside is VERY beautiful and that definitely caught my eye! But Seems more of a bachelor pad or single life lifestyle than a family home. If the ceiling was a higher it would of open up the room a bit. I felt claustrophobic watching this. I don’t see the love In This property. Guess I gotta keep looking. 😩

VERY WELL PRICED. Marina on the Oceanfront are double this price and ot all units there can even see the ocean...and the SOLD OUT. These homes and interior materials are going for way more else where in this area between Ocho Ocho Rios and Discovery Bay...and the units are are even smaller. Runaway Bay - Pallazo is $320-340K for a 2BR in RBay and thats an Apartment with a narrow balacony not a house. If I didnt already own my home...I would absolutely buy one Trust Me. These are GREAT price. Likely sold out ...watching in 2022.

Lost out on Pyramid point, which is modern and glam just to focus on Richmond Estate. I got into a new development close by but I’d rather Pyramid Point. Oh well, procrastination = lost opportunities. The powder room is a ++. I’m Builders in Jamaica need to embrace the concept of a powder room. I don’t like the idea of people passing bedrooms to go to washroom as most people a bruk dem neck fi see God knows what , furthermore, that’s private area. I have a place at Richmond Estate which I’m willing to sell should the opportunity presents itself for me to buy into Pyramid Point.

Spaces appear a little cramped, buyers own furniture would have to be measured before purchasing. Bathrooms: exhaust fans or extractor fans? Kitchen: automatic faucet or sensor faucets?

I believe these will be bought up and flipped, which will continue to skyrocket the prices with each owner. By the time someone who truly wants to live there is ready to buy they can add 30-40% on the original price. Sad indeed but still a beautiful home.

It’s a gated community with security, pool, tennis courts, day care, etc.! Not everything is for everybody. If you hand can’t reach, then leave it alone.
