Jon Bones Jones has been bulking up, transforming his body as he looks to become a massive heavyweight at 245lbs. Here are a few clips of his intense training regime as he looks to add some power to his arsenal. His power is certainly increasing and the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion is looking huge. Who should Jon Jones face in his move to heavyweight?
Stipe Miocic? Francis Ngannou?

Let’s go Jon!! I remember the first deadlift video and everyone said this would never work. You just posted a 615lb deadlift with no problem and no wraps. I can’t wait

@Junior Tech so… one event how many years ago? I did watch the Joe Rogan podcast. I have also watched Joe Rogan hail him as the greatest many times after that podcast. The only actual drug he ever failed for was cocaine. The other is just insinuated based upon his levels, and that doesn’t even mean he is doping now.

you're going to be disappointed. 35 years old now, a few years of no roids. there's a reason he's delaying his "return", he's procrastinating because he doesnt like what he sees in the gym.

@@Dan-ce3sd yeah I’d agree with you had he stayed in the light heavy weight division where the guys are just a little bit quicker but it almost plays in his favor actually. Heavyweight guys since they rely on there power more they lack iq. Jon has the best iq ever. He’s gonna dominate

Jones at heavyweight is scarier than Tyson boxing because of the skillset. Dude is literally a human weapon at this weight. 250+ pounder with a skillset fit for a middleweight. He was already moving abnormally as a LHW.
