It depends mostly on the games, not the hardware. For example, I play world of tanks and I have an average of 165 fps on ultra settings, but in 1080p, in the nominal resolution, the equipment will not draw so much, although not always. However, in a game like Armored warfare, it barely pulls 70fps, and not always, even though the game looks worse and has worse graphics. Optimization and even more operation under AMD do their job. Play around with the settings in the AMD control panel. I can't help you with this game because I don't play it.
